Rucker Cottage was GREAT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time - the inlet wasnt as exciting as we thought - being at the end it becomes kind of a "catchall for all the **** brought in" but it was different and access to the beach was fantastic. NOTE- shorten up the dryer exhaust - not enough circulation unless you pull the whole dryer really far away from the wall.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were two things in particular that we felt was lacking, one there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms, and no paper towels for the kitchen. Very odd. The house was decorated nicely and the mattresses were fine as well, but the kitchen was absolutely horrible and outdated. It lacked proper utensils, there were no pot holders, oven mitts, nor dish rags or towels. We had to buy these items to use. When a family is expected to pay a high price to vacation in Rucker Cottage, these least the rental company can do is to make sure these items are included.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Rucker Cottage! It was our 3rd summer vacation on this property, and it has gotten better every year. We have 13-15 family members with us each year, and there is plenty of room to spread out yet still be close together. The homeowners continue to make things nicer with updates to the home every year, and we plan to return every summer that we can!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and pool were great and so was the location. The only problem for me was this was to be a fishing vacation and there was no water at the dock at low tide. it was completely mud. When we inquired about the dock pre-rental we were led to believe you could leave a boat at the dock but it was not so. Everything else about the house was fine.
