Royal Garden Resort PH 1610 was in a great location, close by everything that we wanted to be in proximity to. The condo was very spacious with a nice view of the ocean and the kitchen was nice. However, whoever is hired to clean the condo does NOT do a good job! Yes, the floors were swept, kitchen was clean, toilets clean, furniture dusted, along with clean linens & towels, etc., but the floors had not been mopped in who knows how long. Our first night there we were walking around the condo barefoot & all 4 of us had black feet. The bathroom floors were dirty along with the bathtubs. Not to say the tubs weren't cleaned, but not well cleaned. There were also cobwebs in the upper corners of the living room & hanging from the ceiling in places. Also, our bed was like sleeping on a rock. The other couple that was sharing the condo with us said the same thing about their bed. Other than the cleanliness & beds, nice place to stay. These two issues are very easily remedied. New cleaning crew & softer mattresses! Possibly sending someone in to check the cleanliness before guests arrive would be wise also. Minor changes & you get 5 stars across the board! I normally don't write reviews, especially bad ones, because I know things happen occasionally. However, this condo has not been deep cleaned for a while & it needs it. I would like to say that I would stay here again, but after coming home & viewing other properties in the area for next year, I'll pay a few hundred more for a more updated & cleaner condo.
