A Million Dollar View but ...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is spectacular. The outdoor deck is a great place to sit as the sun goes down. Overall, the house is not in the condition shown in the pictures. It needs some maintenance work so that was disappointing, especially for the price. There are better options on that same beach. But that view is pretty great.

Best Family Vacation

This property was wonderful. The easy access to the beach and the personal pool were definitely fan favorites. The house was well spaced for our family and accommodated all ages comfortably. There were so many things available for use, like beach chairs, sand toys, pool toys etc. The property was very clean. Would recommend renting a golf cart for short strips up the street!

Family vacation

The kids loved the pool. Adults loved watching the sunrise on the beautiful deck. Lots of bedrooms to hold all our extended family. We had some trouble getting the living room tv to work but management helped us work through that problem. Clean and comfortable home. Lots of thing to do in Myrtle Beach. Saw the show at Pirates Voyage, Savannah Playground, Ripleys, Alligator Park and all was wonderful. Great vacation. Would highly recommend this home.

Family Beach Trip

We also loved having a pool. Very clean and responsive management team. We had one minor issue and they were there within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

Best beach view/beach access

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach! Needs better pots, pans and knives! Back deck is gorgeous. Wish there were a way to provide shade sometimes. Pool was perfect!! Outdoor furniture was very sturdy. Nice large dining table. Bathrooms need updating. Toilet loose from floor. Kitchen faucet was broken, but we figured something out. Overall, a good house.

That helped with the situation. I wish we could have used the pool. I understand the situation could not help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only problem we had was bugs. There were some ants in the kitchen. We got rid of those pretty easily but there were a lot of brown bugs. Not sure what they were. One went over my face at night. Many ended up being dead by the end of the stay, so I think they were being sprayed for. But we wish we hadn't had to see any. We have been staying in this house for several years and this is the first time we have had to deal with these bugs.

Early birds get the beach spots!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had all the things we needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. It did seem like the cleaning crew did spot cleaning as we found things (kids clothing, toothpaste on the wall, and toys) that were not ours. The pool is small but it was super nice to have to take a break from the sun. They did come out to clean it one time while we were there. Could use some new knives. We couldn’t find any decently sharp ones. The house is next to a “public” access that is mainly used by the folks across the street. Not bad just something to note because we had to claim our beach spots in front of the house pretty early in the morning. The kitchen sink pressure is a little low so we used the dishwasher quite a bit. We had plenty of space for our multiple families vacation. Maybe add some more of the higher chairs on the top deck from the living room for better ocean viewing.

Great Location Beware of Roaches

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family and I loved the location of this property; however, the constant exposure to both live and dead roaches left an impression that was not favorable. The folks at Garden City Realty were responsive to our request to address the issue and sent in the exterminator the very next day. After the treatment we saw several dead roaches in the home and many large live roaches scurrying on the deck. After a few more days we saw both live and dead roaches on both levels. In addition, the cookware was not in the best of shape.

Wifi speed is outstanding as well as televisions in every room. The property is a bit tired and could use refreshing. Do not expect top of the line decor and furniture because it is below average. The electrical lighting needs help. Outside floodlights do not work and are missing bulbs.Noticed the electric meter box has a hole in the top and an outside breaker box is held open with a bungee cord. The pool is very nice and the heater works great. Big plus. The refrigerator is very very small for a unit that big. Overall good location, good for larger families, but is a tired property in desperate need of some TLC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We (4 adults, 2 kids) had a great time here. The house is very comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. It has a cottage/rustic feel. It's not small but I wouldn't want more than 8 folks to be comfortable. The selling point is the outside space- steps to the beach, small pool that is refreshing(5' deep at lowest point), large deck with a table for dining and 4 comfy rockers. Lots of beach amenities- chairs, beach toys) and inside games.The decking is synthetic so no splinters but it does get hot. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather on an uncrowded beach the 3rd week of August. The furniture is new and comfortable and we loved our beds- not something we could say about previous rentals! Only small quibble is that some floor areas were a little sandy upon arrival but otherwise a very clean space. Very happy with 3 Suns.

Issues were handled quickly and thoroughly.Three Suns and a Sea-Gal is in a great location. However, the house is very use worn, bathrooms are out dated, there is evidence of water damage and the family room furniture is in dyer need of cleaning and the pool changing rooms need a lot of repair and clean up.We would recommend to a friend with the caution of the condition of the house being fair, but location is great.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought 13 of our family to the Myrtle Beach area for a family vacation. All 6 of our grandchildren, ages 13 -5 were experiencing the ocean for the first time. We chose this house because it was right on the beach but also had a pool, which we all enjoyed immensely! The accommodations were perfect for our size family. We never felt cramped and it had plenty of space to spread out. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed. The only thing we could have used is a small supply of cleaning products so we could clean up through out the week without having to go purchase those. We would definitely recommend this property and hope we can use it again in the future. Garden City Realty were great to deal with and always very responsive when we had a question prior to our arrival. We never had a problem during our stay so did not need to contact them during our week there. Would highly recommend this company!

A needed getaway

We really appreciated the upgrades from the last time we stayed. New 2nd floor carpet, new island, new flooring on 1st floor, remodeled showers on 2nd floor were all amazing and very much noticed. Thank you for all that. As a frequent guest and already booking next year, can I make a couple suggestions for future upgrades. Bigger refrigerator since mini frig was lost, better kitchenware selection (simple things like a pizza cutter or sharp knives). Again thank you for letting us stay in your home. Matt
