The owners made sure that their condo-home- away-from-home is well is a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful space. Each of the three bedrooms has a ensuite full bathroom. That alone spoils you! Close to great food too! Also, the parking is on the same floor as the second floor unit.Such a convenience.We loved the experience of just being a gangplank away from the private beach, not to mention our choice of two swimming pools and two spa pools! This was such a great experience that we are definitely coming back to the same condo unit! Loved! Can’t be overstated!!

Lovely location and condo, needs improvement

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bugs in corners, no blanket for bed, nasty looking decor pillow on bed, towels were rough, small and thin. A Keurig would be preferred over a pot. ****** complimentary roll of toilet paper (didn’t even use), fall hazard getting to balcony due to a 4-5 inch door frame.

Favorite summer getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time staying here first time was on top floor this time on 2nd floor. Both stays was wonderful. I believe I found my summer getaway every year. Absolutely loved it. I got here to early this time and I recommend not planning on getting in any sooner because they need time for cleaning and inspection. They was very patient with all my calls because I was hoping to get in sooner. Next year I know better which wasn't any big deal for me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at One Ocean Place 201 in August 2023 and loved it. It's a great updated unit that is easy to get to with great views. Unit was roomy with great kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Only downsides would be showers were a bit small and one of the spare rooms could have 2 beds vs both having 1 bed. Plenty of parking. Pools were nice, though I wish they were open until 10:00 vs 9:00pm. We did have an issue with air conditioning after hours. We called and the issue was fixed within a couple hours.

Getaway at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a week. Was a fantastic experience! The morning sunrises where breathtaking! Access from property to beach was extremely easy and well taken care of. Only true disappointment was the parking situation. We had 3 groups of adults who drove separately and the parking permit on-site is only 2 maximum. Normally not a issue, but couldn’t make any exceptions and the offsite parking is a block away but relatively not close. To far to walk to. So anytime u needed access to all vehicles, we had to get a ride to the offsite lot. But overall, would stay again gladly!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the place and all of the extra touches like books, puzzles, kids toys etc. BUT the living room was awful to sit in. It’s so bad I couldn’t even stand up on my own.....I had to have help every time and it wasn’t very comfortable either. I saw the bad furniture reviews from last year and assumed something had been done about it. Nope. My star reviews are based on the living room furniture and the challenges we had with it. Otherwise the star reviews would have been all 5s. Would definitely stay again if there’s new living furniture.

Our greatest disappointment was that all of the living room furniture had been cleaned and was left very damp / wet when we arrived. I received a text at 1 pm saying it was ready. We arrived at 11:30 pm and could not use the furniture. It was still damp the next morning and we still could not set on it. It was day 2 in the evening before we could use it.

We always stay in different units on the property. This particular unit was great, however we cannot give a five star rating due to the quality of the Living Room Furniture. The Living Room Furniture is worn out and broken down. Everything else was great.
