Nice balcony on the ocean. Room was clean and the complex was quiet. I just wish there were hooks on the hall wall and maybe a little more storage to put our things. Overall, it was a nice place.

Great location. Very close to the Marshwalk, Brookgreen Gardens, and excellent dining choices. If you choose to eat in, the kitchen has everything you need. We make this trip every November alternating places between Garden City and Cherry Grove Beach and we would stay here again.

The location was perfect. Just steps to the beach and convent shop/bar on lower level. The condo overall was nice but before we even opened the door there was lint covering the welcome mat and entryway. It appeared to have been cleaned at a minimum. There was hair and dust everywhere. Additionally, the posting stated we would get free DAILY tickets to the top local attractions only to find out after booking that was not true. We planned this as a family vacation and we’re looking forward to having the free tickets as it would’ve saved us hundreds of dollars. The owner advised us that the listing was incorrect and provided a small accommodation unfortunately, that was nowhere near how much even two tickets to one of the local attractions cost. Versus Daily tickets for my family of 4 to the attractions.

Great condo, the good certainly outweighed the bad . The bathrooms needed some updating and were not as clean as we would like. Other than that it's a great location and we really enjoyed it.

Condo was nice, could have been a little cleaner (toilet was not clean in bedroom bath). Bed was hard as a rock, I’m not used to that unfortunately so sleep was difficult. Couches were also extremely hard :( Balcony was great with a perfect view , kitchen good.

Enjoyed our stay at this condo! Perfect place to snatch up if you wanna enjoy the beach each day. Not sure what i enjoyed more, the 2 hot tubs, the two swimming pools or the beautiful sunrise each morning from the balcony? Highly recommended for any couple

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit. It was right on the beach and very convenient to everything. Our extended family was staying 2 miles down the beach. It was a wonderful unit and had everything we needed for cooking and just relaxing. It is perfect for a couple or family of 3 or 4. I would definitely stay there again should I travel to Myrtle Beach.

Overall it was great. The pools and hot tubs were great. The grill and store in the resort are not open since the Hurricane but otherwise very nice place. Super view and balcony

The property was probably the cleanest rental we have stayed in. You can tell the owners really care about their property. Perfect for a couple and two children. Wonderful views and super convenient location. Leigh is super responsive. We will definitely be returning.

Was misinformed about all the construction that was going on she told me there was but failed to tell me no pool no walkway the place was very dirty and my mom got phenomenal and we had to leave 2 days early which was a total of 360 she only sent 213 back my mom went into the hospital as an emergency
