Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our multi family stay. House has a great flow, large rooms and beautiful pool. Located across the street from the beach and beach access. Kitchen was well equipped. Large family room with plenty of seating. Perfect porches with comfortable sitting on the front and back. Wine/drink fridge and ice maker were nice additions. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, otherwise we loved our stay.

A Great Vacation Home!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this home!! Had so many amenities and was well kept. Loved all of the views from all of the decks. The only thing I would recommend is an outside shower or hose off area to rinse off from the beach. Other than that we cannot wait to stay again next year!!

It’s beautiful and very private. The house having an elevator was a huge plus and really helped not having to haul all the luggage up all the steps.

The only issues of our trip were the TV in the living room, although we didn't watch much TV, and that the AC upstairs didn't cool quite as much as we'd like. Also we asked to rent this property for next year an earlier week but were told the rates had not be set. We have always been able to do this in the past. This year, 2024, will be our fifth year celebrating the Christmas holidays in 1906 So Waccamaw. The house is beautiful inside and out and has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Each room has a deck, which offer great views of the beach. The upgrades were a pleasant find also. Thank you for having a great vacation rental property.

Kitchen equipment needs to be replaced. One dishwasher leaks, the other very loud and doesn’t clean dishes thoroughly. The gas top stove and backsplash dirty. What’s the point in having electric operated recliners in the furniture if you’re going to remove the cords to plug up??? King size bed frame needs replacing.

Fantastic beach house for large group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house and rent it every yr for the same week. Owners update it every year so it is a great place to spend your vaca. Perfect location..across the street from beach access. However this year the walkway to the beach was being repaired and did not have it completed and no other way to get on the beach. No fault to the owner or realty co but was difficult to travel onto the beach. Other than that it is a great place to stay. Pool is great. Kids love it.

A wonderful week at GCBeach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a GREAT overall stay!!! The vacation rental was in a perfect location! The home was mostly clean and mostly in good shape. The small refrigerator for drinks was not working when we arrived, one of the shower doors was out of its track, and one shower was not draining properly. But these concerns were responded to quickly and thoroughly by vacation rental staff! The house did not have enough flatware to serve 16 people (the capacity of the house), but we purchased plasticware to fill in the gaps. Vacation rental management staff was extremely helpful and responded quite quickly to all of our concerns!! Thank you to Garden City Realty!

This year we had a new table on front porch which was AWESOME!!!! House newly painted & looks amazing!! The table at the pool was repainted also. New floors & rugs in all the bedrooms was also new. Only bad thing was bedroom #1 needed a new bed last year & this year it was even worse. For this reason I'm only giving a {4} rating instead of a 5. A good nights sleep is a must when vacationing...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall house was beautiful and quiet, since it’s located near the end of S Waccamaw. Some of the furniture was damaged and a few kitchen cabinets were inoperable. Given the rental price on this property, I believe several of the furnishings need to be updated to keep with the competition in the same tier. The mattresses could be refreshed as several springs are starting to become uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture could also be updated.
