Best vacation ever ☺️

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome,we all enjoyed the house ,we cooked almost everyday breakfast and dinner,afun kitchen. The children really enjoyed it and being on the beach was perfect. Coffee on the porch and watching the sun rise every morning.

House was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only downside to the entire pro tower was half of the space within the pool area was stone/rocks that were not easy to walk on without shoes. Otherwise, no complaints!

Garden City Realty kept us informed in regards to the virus situation and we were pleased to be able to continue with our plans. The house was perfect for us! Our children and grandchildren enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to go back next year! I also would like to mention that the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very wet and we discovered a leak under the sink. A call was made and a repair person came to the house promptly. I highly recommend using this company for your beach house rental.

Spring Recess 2017 at the Metzler's "piece of paradise"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a challenge while staying here to think of a single thing that is not included on site for your enjoyment and day to day living. The fact that each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom makes it easy for guests to have privacy and some alone time if needed. The pool, hot tub and lounge chairs were a welcome rest area when time on the beach was too windy.

Great beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach house was perfect for our family of 10. Each bedroom had there own bathroom which was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. We loved the pool which was partially shaded by the deck which gave us a break from the sun. We set up a tent area on the beach right next to the walkway. We had 6 other families in town and had plenty of room to hang out all together on the beach and in the ocean. We went to eat at Sara J's on Monday and had to wait 1 1/2 hours and was told 45 minutes. They did not take reservations. Probably would not go back. Went to Dave's Dockside on Wednesday and they take reservations. We were 15 minutes late because of traffic and when we called they said no problem. We were seated right away and loved the food. Definitely would go back there. Recommended to other families who went there after us and loved it also. Went to Wicked Tuna on Friday and had to split our party but we were next to each other so it was okay, All in all we had a great week and loved the house.

Excellent family getaway

This house has everything that you could possibly need and lots of things that you don't even think of! We had an excellent stay from beginning to end. The house was spotless on arrival and the amenities did not disappoint. It is clear that the owners and management put a lot of effort into this property. It is very well cared for and up to date. We would recommend and will be back!

There was lots of room in the beach house with plenty of extras. I must admit it is the best house in which we have ever stayed on the beach. The house is very well maintained, excellent furnishings, very clean, and everything worked. We all experienced a great, relaxing vacation on the beach. In addition, it has always been a pleasure to deal with Garden City Realty.

Bad Start...Good ending

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bad start because we arrived to an obviously uncleaned house. We called Housekeeping and they sent someone over within an hour or so. This fabulous lady, Lynda, could tell when she walked in the door that this house had NOT been cleaned. She cleaned everything from top to bottom. She also noted some maintenance issues that were handled the very next day. When we called Sunday morning (we arrived late Saturday) regarding the pool being unclean/cloudy, we were told the company who handles pool service were in church and usually didn't service on Sundays, but they would try to get them. I did a bit of work on cleaning it and it cleared up so by Sunday afternoon my kids could swim in it. So Saturday/Sunday were a bit of a rough start. That being said..all issues were handled in a professional manner. Garden City Realty recognized our complaints and responded promptly, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay was great! The grill area was very nice! The linen service had delivered our linens on time. Check-in went without a hitch. The general condition of the property was fine. Nice seating. Nice pool area with beautiful flowers and greenery. 2 Fridges is a MUST for large groups! All the cooking utensils/pots/pans/silverware etc we could ever need. I have stayed at this property in the past and would stay again in the future. Our issues I believe were isolated and hopefully the next group came in to a clean, cozy home for the week!

Close to the beach, community pool, plenty of room, etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with lots of room for our food. Nicely decorated. The baseboards and corners of rooms were dusty - otherwise, all was clean and ready to go! Would stay again.

The only drawback to the whole week was that we had hoped the pool would have been larger because we couldn't have our annual volleyball tournaments, but that was a minor thing. We spent a good amount of time in the hot tub/pool.
