Lots of money for broken appliances.

Although the condo was beautiful on the inside upon further investigation we were incredibly frustrated after paying a rather premium price to find a broken ice dispenser, shower doors that do not close, artwork falling off the walls, the washer which was NOT overloaded (only 3 shirts) would not work properly and we finally had to ring out the shirts and take them home to rewash, the kitchen is terribly stocked, there is mold around the outside base of the showers, the front door is broken and does not latch, and serval light bulbs were burnt out so we had to go buy replacement bulbs. I reached out to the property manager and imagine our surprise when they responded they were aware of all of the problems! If they knew why wasn’t any of it fixed??? Rent this unit with caution!!!! It’s a lot of money for so many issues and they printed a disclaimer stating they will not refund anything for broken appliances and the like. We WILL NOT rent here again!!

Disaster don’t waste your time!

We arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned. The owner had seen us trying to get in and instructed us to use the last four digits of my phone which had been originally given to me in an email but the day of check in, I received instructions to use a different number which was incorrect. He left and upon entering we observed that the condo wasn’t cleaned from the previous group. I messaged and called. I was told no one was going to be there until the 27th. I explained we were there from the 23rd to the 27th. She said they would send someone over if we wanted to go to dinner. We went to dinner and came back and someone had cleaned. I received a message the next day stating to enjoy a dinner on them so I messaged back how would that work, was there an amount, a gift card, cash, or what. I was told they would get the receipt from last night and get cash for us. I messaged back we didn’t have the receipt so did they want to select an amount or how do they want to handle. No one responded that day. I messaged again asking what they were going to do and I was then told they would credit us one night. It has now been over a week since we stayed and no credit has been given and no communication from the owner! The other guests in the complex left due to how loud others were and actually called the police on the group staying closest to them. People above us sounded like they were moving furniture in the wee hours of the morning. Sad because the location is good, very disappointing

2021 SRU 70s Golf Trip

Great stay. Love the area and the Villas. Bedrooms and private bathrooms especially! Owner and Property Manager where very responsive. Perfect location. Thanks to both! Will be back next year.

The best vacation

The best vacation I ever had. The owner James, was a great host and made check in very easy and was easy to communicate with. I loved the kitchen and I loved how every room had a bathroom! Very spacious and a good location! I definitely recommend!

Perfect Golf Get Away With Old Friends

The condo floor plan is perfect for our foursome of old friends to use as the base for a reunion/golf trip. The 4 bedrooms are located at the four corners of the building and each has a private bath along with a T.V.. The kitchen has everything and there is plenty of dining seats between the breakfast bar and dining table. There is a leather power reclining sofa and loveseat as well as a stationary chair in the living room which has a large T.V.. I loved the screened lanai on the back of the house as a place to catch up on the news and emails from home in the mornings. Being on the ground floor is very advantageous for those of us returning from the links with creaking backs and knees. It is located less than a mile away from 2 grocery stores (Publix & Lowes Foods), 5 restaurants (Bojangles Chicken, Pizza Hut, Lucky Panda Chinese, The Bagel Factory & Danny's Pizza) and a CVS drugstore. Access to the many communities along U.S. 17 is quick and easy. Turn right out of the condo parking lot and it is .6 miles to the intersection with #707. Take a right to head east toward Murrells Inlet and then south to Litfield, Pawleys Island and Georgetown. Go straight across the intersection on Tournament Blvd. to hit U.S. 17 a little further north to head to Garden City, Surfside Beach, Myrtle Beach International Airport and Myrtle Beach. Or take a left on #707 to head northwest to Socastee and Conway. Response times to any inquiry was quick and accurate. Probably the only negative was that the WiFi pass code provided was incorrect but that was remedied within 30 minutes of my email being sent. In summary, our trip exceeded all expectations with a great deal of the credit given to 101 Old Course Drive. We are looking forward to planning the sequel to this excursion for sometime in the spring of 2020 and will definitely be staying here if the Myrtle Beach area is chosen as the location. We Highly Recommend This Property!
