Wonderful Week!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our week at Just Add Water! Great home with lots of amenities. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook every night. The back porch was wonderful for morning coffee and peaceful evenings. We will definitely be back.

Great house

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, "Just Add Water" was a great house for my family's beach week. The location was great and the backyard/patio area under the home was ideal for relaxing on in the evenings. The only disappointment we experienced during our stay was the responsiveness from the property management. We had a bug issue our first night and that was resolved relatively quickly and I certainly appreciated the compensation due for our inconvenience. We also experience an issue with the washing machine as it overflowed onto the floors and it took quite sometime for someone to get back to us about having it fixed. It was never fixed during our stay and I hope the next tenant was informed it was broken before their stay as it could cause serious damage if turned on. It was quite disappointing that property management never reached back out to us regarding this issue and the inconvenience this caused us during our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All of the appliances were functional and in good working order. The AC was awesome!The furnishings were adequate, although basic. One of the beds was very squeaky and probably needs to be replaced. We knew going in that there would be no water at low tide and this proved to be true as it was pure mud at low tide! It was an easy walk to beach access and the distance from the pier kept it from being busy with traffic. Overall a good week for our family.

It was an older house but has been remodeled and done so very well ( clean good appearance ). Liked being on the inlet we took the Sea Doo and fun on the water. Beach access was close and made it easy to get to and from the ocean. Overall great time and would rent this house again.

Fun Family Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at "Just Add Water" House was nicely appointed. Comfortable living room furniture, nice dining table. Outdoor seating was good. Couch on back screened in porch was great for morning coffee with the overhead fan, rocking chairs on front porch caught the ocean breeze. Terrific hang out space under the house with the hammock, chairs and picnic table. Master bedroom mattress was good....yes, it is firm. Nice linens. Bathrooms are small. If you need space and accessibility in the bathroom, this is not the house for you. Dishwasher is dated. AC worked great for every room expect the Northeast bedroom. Nice dock. We launched kayak and SUP off the dock at high tide. Nice to paddle around. Outdoor showers were handy. Beach access was convenient. Loved walking down to the point for a "private beach" feeling. Beautiful at night.

The public beach accesses were very crowded and cars blocked the streets on both sides on Saturday and Sunday. The master bathroom has a leak coming out of vent when it rains hard. Would be an improvement to have hand pump soap available to wash hands especially with COVID-19.

However,The beds were horrible. The master bedroom bed was so hard we slept on the couch. The other beds were not as hard but were not attached to the headboards and made noise getting on and off. Also beds were not the same size as headboards. Definitely an area that needs improvement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just add weather was a very nice house, clean well kept. The dock was in great shape. Bathrooms a bit tight but manageable. Had a great deal of hard rain and it was nice to be able to sit on the screened porch and watch the rain hit the water. Kitchen was not amble to do much cooking, not enough flatware and few pots and pans. Soooooo, we ate out.. not a problem for me.. lol .. We did notice a leak in the master bathroom above the sink when it was raining.. but if you had to have a roof leak over the bathroom sink was the place to have it! Lol
