The home offers a large living room-dining room area perfect for large families. The pool/outdoor area was fantastic kids and adults loved it and a very short walk to the beach. Could not be more pleased with experience. Would highly recommend this home and garden city realty.

We were in town for a short stay and encountered some rain, but the house was awesome, it felt so homelike and loved by the owners who actually stopped by and brought us a home baked cake!!! I have never encountered that degree of caring not only for their home but for those staying there! It was amazing

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying with Garden City Realty for probably 20 years or more. The gate to the pool was broken when we got there. The price for next year went up over 20% which is just ridiculous and when I asked about it the girl said she didn't do the pricing but didn't get me anyone who could help me. The house needs basic upkeep like painting, etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Going Coastal is a very nice vacation rental. It is very family friendly and feels like home away from home. Close to everything on the South end and a short walk from the beach. For those traveling with little ones the pool is perfect for those that like to get in the water and for parents that don't have to worry about others children being crazy around the pool because the parents are not paying attention. You also could cook every meal in house because it is not your typical rental home kitchen and supplies. This was our 4th trip over the last 7 years and it just gets better.

Only issue was sliders off living room would not open on one side and the other side was super hard to open and close. That was the most convenient way to the pool.
