Cathy, the owner, is very responsive to any questions and a pleasure to deal with. The house is well taken care of, just as the offer shows.We had two grandparents, two daughters with their spouses and three grandchildren with plenty of room and activities to keep very busy all week. The pool area and games provided were in use constantly.We highly recommend this home.

This property was great the house, pool area and location are perfect. Only had one minor complaint the sheets were not on the beds it was time consuming making all of the beds other than that the house was perfect

The owner Cathy couldn’t be any more accommodating, quick response to any questions, property is very well maintained, very clean and nicely decorated, anything you could possibly need this home comes equipped with including beach supplies, already looking forward to our next stay.

Garden City House close to Beach

We loved the house. Big enough we can spread out some if we need to. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pans and dishes. We only ate out 2 times so it worked good for our family! We stayed here in 2021 and loved it them too!

Great location

Property is a block from the beach and the host was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this house, the pool was a little small but with being a block from the beach it’s not a problem.

Spring Break Baseball Tournament

We had a great spring break at the property. There were 3 families staying at the house for a baseball tournament. The house was a great size to accomodate all three families. We were a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to grocery shopping. Even the baseball locations and restaurants were close. Fun week!

Flip Flops Family Vacation July 8 thru July 15, 2023

We enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops very much. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. My family likes a place to be clean so we very much appreciated that. There was plenty of room for the 9 adults and two children. And the dining/living/kitchen area was very nice and large enough to easily accommodate all of us. The distance to the beach was only a short walk or you could use the golf cart which we did rent and shuttled our beach stuff back and forth. Very good restaurants nearby with great seafood. Enjoyed our vacation very much with all our immediate family and Flip Flops was a very important part of that experience. The pool was very clean and nice. We liked the privacy of our own pool. Hope we can stay at Flip Flops sometime in the future. Also, Cathy was a very kind and gracious host and answered all our questions very promptly. She made our reservation experience very easy. Thank uou Cathy.

Family Vacation

Flip Flops was a great house for our large family vacation. Each group had their own room/bathroom and the kids loved the bunk room. The balconies were so nice to do some reading and chatting. The pool was great and we used it multiple times per day. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We could easily walk or take a couple golf cart trips to carry our things if needed.

Great House / Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flip Flops. It's a great house at a great location (a block from the beach; and a very short drive to stores/churches/etc.). Cathy was very responsive through out the entire process and very helpful. Would definitely re-rent this house if we return to the area.

AMAZING

Cathy was awesome! She gave us a ton of information and gave her advice on where to go. House is so much nicer than pictures and it is so close to the beach maybe a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend this rental and you won’t regret it! We had the best time!!!

Spring break trip.

We had 2 families stay at the house and there was plenty of room. Any questions that we had were answered by the owner quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I would suggest is to read all the fine print.

Great Fall Getaway!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a great stay at Flip Flops! Cathy was great to work with and was quick to respond to anything we needed. Great location, short walk to the beach and plenty of stores of all kinds within two miles. House was perfect for our family of fifteen. Would definitely stay here again!

Garden City Beach Area

This was a very nice location and house. The house was very nice and lived up to all of the information in the listing. We were able to make the short walk to the beach access or could take the golf cart we rented from the owner. We were fine with our location but if you wanted to be closer to the heart of Myrtle Beach and it's attractions you were about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic. We did drive there a few times but there is also enough food/shopping/and some entertainment within the Garden City area too. Overall a wonderful family vacation.

Great Time at a Great Place

We had a fantastic week. The process from booking to checking in to communication with the owner was great. House was setup very nice, close enough to beach to walk, or use the golf cart. This was the most stocked kitchen of any rental that we have been in. Lots of room inside and out to do things together or on your own. we definitely will be back.

Good time had by all!

I had never used VRBO before and was nervous about it, but Cathy was great to work with and the property was ideal for our family of 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 2 (celebrated her birthday on the beach) to 7 years old. We rented the golf cart, which really added to the convenience, especially for exploring the area. We cooked and ate in most meals—plenty of room! The beverage coolers were a great touch too. Loved the pool! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Wonderful home

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. We felt at home. Plenty of room for everyone. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Beds were so comfortable. So close to the beach we were able to easily run to the house during the day to grab things. Owners were so kind and easy to communicate with. Hope to be back soon.

Garden City Getaway

Nice property that is very close to the beach. The optional golf cart was handy for my wife and the small children to use back and forth to the beach. There was ample room for our party of 7 adults and 2 small children. I had a couple of questions after our arrival and within an hour the nearby caretaker had addressed them. That is a great feature of this property.
