We stayed here last year and the house was perfect for us so we stayed here again! Had another great stay. Stewart as always was super helpful and communicative. We were able to bring our dogs, an as always enjoyed the pool and short straight walk to the beach! Thanks again, Stewart, for a great week at your house!

There are many pros and a few cons to this property. It could really be improved with some simple tasks. What we liked:- location!!!!!-size of the house; there was so so so much space-so close to the beach-layout of the house-number of bathrooms-seating in the house-the pool-relaxed atmosphere in the house (I didn't have to be nervous that something would be messed up because it was too too proper)-AC was great-owner responded to emailsImprovements needed in our opinion:-it needs to be a bit cleaner upon arrival (I had to wipe everything in the kitchen down because things were sticky when we arrived)- the yard has such potential but the "grassy" area was only overgrown weeds-the backyard furniture leaves a lot to be desired; 5 of the chairs around the pool were okay. The other 4 were broken. The two tables in the yard with the chairs that go to the tables were old, broken, rusty. I would never eat off of them but I did use them to block the broken fence that leads to the pool pump area. So that my dog didn't go over there. Some rocks or pavers would improve this area so much and make the yard much more enjoyable.-the table on the deck in the yard was broken-new grills would be nice-the futons in the living room could use some new cushions-toilet paper holders in each bathroom would be a simple improvement. -rusty beach chairs lying around-carpet stains I make these suggestions, but I definitely would stay here again! It was a great trip!

House was excatly what the listing said . Lots of room for our family of 11. Loved the closeness to the ocean it was a very short walk . The owner responded really fast to questions we had . Would definitely stay there again .

Very clean, excellent location within walking distance to beach. The beds were comfortable although the communal area has uncomfortable sofas. The kitchen could be better stocked, no serving bowls, sharp knives or Tupperware. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The sliding door in the downstairs bedroom needs serious repair. Overall it was good but could use a few inexpensive adds that would enhance guest experience.

Great house all around

My family and I had a great stay at this house! Stewart is super responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious, and we all enjoyed use of the private pool. It’s a short, direct walk to the beach. The house listing was very accurate, and we had no issues during our stay. Thanks for a great week!

Very clean, Spacious, had everything we needed for our family vacation. Conveniently located near the beach and also very close to stores. Mr. Hines made the process a breeze and even stopped by by to clean the pool ! Which I really appreciated since my kids were at the pool the whole time the pool needed shock and Mr. Hines came by and cleaned it for us. Will definitely be booking again next time .

Good location

This house has lots of space. The location is great. Pool was a nice feature to have. Neighbors were no trouble. The furniture is very dated - Not comfortable. The carpet could use some cleaning and maybe updating. The back yard needed mowing. The dryer would not dry the clothes. Called the owner and he was out of town and said we could use the laundry mat down the road. Several lights were out in the rental. Also, he has a window in the master bedroom that is leaking bad when it rains. Had to put towels down and hang them to dry. It just seemed to be a lot of issues for the amount that we paid for the house.

great bike week/beach get a way

awesome property set up well steps from beach close to awesome resteraunts and night life.....Stewart took care of us with any of questions or concerns and even personally visited us to make sure any of our issues were taken care..5 star property management...I would reccommend this property to any of my friends or family.

Just an okay stay.

Our stay was okay. The owner was highly responsive so I appreciate that however I vastly overestimated the state of this property. I debated leaving a review because the person replying to posts that contain constructive feedback tends to be aggressive and confrontational however I think it’s worth informing another family so they don’t find themselves in the same situation we did. The first thing that should really be addressed is the carpeting. The property owner mentioned several times that the carpet is changed frequently however it was in such bad shape that I didn’t want my kids playing on the ground or walking around without shoes. The futons throughout the house are in such poor shape that I wished we had blankets we could wash to cover them before using them. The outdoor spaces were not well maintained with the front deck space actually leaning and the back deck space only half painted with some random screws and nails exposed. The pool turned green halfway through the week and we hadn’t even gotten in yet. We own a pool so I am aware of generally what the maintenance and chemical state of this pool must’ve been to have turned that quickly. Other than that several blinds were broken (the owner said he was aware), part of the refrigerator shelving was broken, (owner said he was aware), closet doors were off hinges or would not stay on track (owner was aware), and property lacked just a couple very basic things (can opener, ice cube trays). The property was sufficient and housed us for the week. We are not picky renters but I was legitimately disappointed that I changed rental locations for this one.

Great location and very accomadating

Great location. Less than a block to the beach access. Owner was very pet friendly and the fenced yard is great for the dogs. Property is clean. But it is a pet friendly property and it shows. Some stains on the carpets. The furniture isnt the most comfy and outdated. But, you cant beat the value for the location, pool, and femnced yard. We would definately visit again.
