I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

I will start with the positives, it is a very nice house very close to the beach with a large private pool, as advertised.
The only problem, and I am not sure if this is Garden City Realty's fault, is that the owners of the property are constantly "checking in" on the house. This would be okay if done in a friendly manner, but several of my guests were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by their presence. I believe they may be overly concerned about the house because it is currently on the market for sale. The owners appeared every day, including the final day and before the appointed check out time.
This is the second year in a row I have stayed at this property. The owners were present last year but did so in a more welcoming manner. Because of this I will be looking for other houses next year, though still preferably with Garden City.
