Our stay at this beautiful beach condo was an absolute dream from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect solution for some much-needed stress reduction. The unit was sparkling clean upon arrival, which immediately put us at ease and set the tone for a relaxing stay. The decor was charming and created a welcoming, "home-away-from-home" atmosphere. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we needed, as well as the high-quality, comfortable bedding. It was clear that the hosts had put a lot of thought into ensuring that guests had everything they needed for a seamless experience. And last but not least, you cannot beat this location! The direct beach access was incredibly convenient,and the view from the private balcony was the highlight of our trip. Waking up to those awe-inspiring, vibrant sunrises was a daily masterpiece we looked forward to. It was a truly tranquil and picturesque experience, offering a sense of peace that is hard to find anywhere The sound of the gentle waves was the perfect backdrop to our mornings with coffee and evenings unwinding. Communication with the host/property manager was excellent. They were responsive, helpful, and provided clear and concise instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process a breeze. This condo is a hidden gem, and we highly recommend staying here.

Great location and well stocked

The condo was clean, in a great location and well-supplied. We cooked a seafood dinner there with fresh shrimp and scallops from Harrelson’s and had everything we needed. We loved reserving chairs and umbrellas and having them set up and taken down each day.There’s definitely a wait for elevators and I was a little bumped and bruised trying to get between the queen bedroom furniture, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

This condo was clean and comfortable. Great views. It had everything we needed; Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels (bath and beach) and beach chairs, umbrella. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend.The host communication was also excellent.On top of everything there is a cafe downstairs conveniently located to the beach and pool. Get the ice cream!!

We were attending a nearby wedding. We stayed few days extra with friends and had a great time. Room with view was incredible never been closer to the beach. Had dinner at Pirates table great atmosphere and food was the best. Would love to stay here again if in area.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend Getaway!

Our stay at this condo was exactly what we needed for a last-minute Labor Day weekend and our daughter’s 2nd birthday celebration. The condo had everything we could possibly need and more. The views were breathtaking, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The resort community was incredibly friendly—everyone we encountered was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The bartenders at the bar downstairs were fantastic, and the resort staff were always courteous. The owner of the condo went above and beyond when we had trouble with the door, responding immediately and resolving the issue without delay. The only minor thing to note is that the door can be a bit tricky, but overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we couldn’t be happier!

Vacation with friends

We shared the condo with friends for the week. Tandra was a terrific host! She was very quick to respond to our messages and needs. The condo is decorated very cute for the beach and the beds are super comfy. Unfortunately we got hit by Hurricane Debby so the week was kind of a wash out but we enjoyed storm watching from us balcony overlooking the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing

If you're looking for a place that is filled with absolutely anything and everything you need to have a successful vacation that this is your place! Host went above and beyond to ensure that their condo is well equipped with anything and everything you need. It was extremely clean and well-maintained and gave breathtaking views of the ocean at sunrise and sunset every night. I would strongly recommend working with this host in the future. She couldn't have been more wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful

Could not ask for a better place to stay. Was so easy to contact owner of property and she was super fast to respond. The condo itself was absolutely wonderful with the most breathtaking views (the balcony was our favorite part). The host has anything and everything you could or would need while on vacation. By far the best condo I’ve stayed in for the last 20 years I’ve been going there. Will definitely be booking with her again. Would give it more than 5 stars if I could. We were there for the Fourth of July celebration 2023 and had an excellent seat for the fly over and to watch the fireworks. Only a 10 min walk to Garden City Pier where the fun never seemed to end. I can’t say thank you enough to the host for such a great experience.

Talbert Family Vacation

We have stayed at more than one of the High-rise Condo's on the beach at Garden City. Our recent stay was very quiet, the view from the 14th floor was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable with all you would need be comfortable. The TV was great with plenty of channels to choose from. The beds had a good mattress on them, and you didn't need a key to worry about to go in and out. The host kept us well informed and were very accommodating!
