This property features a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer, keurig & drip coffee, two hair dryers, central heating and air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout. Five TVs (Roku), BluRay and DVD players, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen and two twin-sized beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and two sleeper sofas. Outdoor amenities include a covered porch, sundeck, an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, a charcoal grill, a gas grill, a private floating dock, and stationary dock. Dog friendly. Limit two dogs. The maximum weight limit is 70 pounds for one dog and 50 pounds for two dogs. Please see the office for pet policy. Trailers and golf carts permitted. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
