DISAPPOINTING
I encountered several issues that prevented me from actually staying at this property. The property is currently undergoing remodeling, which is understandable, but there are significant aspects that need immediate attention.Firstly, there was a strong chemical odor that lingered in the air, which unfortunately made me feel nauseous and lightheaded. Additionally, there was a pungent smell of marijuana that was quite noticeable. Despite these concerns, the owner mentioned that they would send someone to address the issues. However, upon returning the next morning, it seemed like the solution was just placing a can of air freshener at the door so I vacated the premises and did not complete my stay. The balconies were covered in dirt/pollen and they appeared as if they were used for storage.Basic improvements such as better cleaning, decluttering, and a fresh coat of paint would greatly enhance the property's ambiance and comfort for guests. I believe with a bit of attention to these details, the property has the potential to be much more enjoyable.Overall, I recommend addressing these issues to improve guest experiences in the future.
