Couple trip

Love staying at the Waters Edge. Every time we come to SC this is were we stay. Property is directly on the beach, close to restaurants and shops. Plenty of stuff to do as adults or if you have kids of any age!

great beach stay for a couple

One bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the beach: absolutely perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, new kitchen is lovely. It was spotlessly clean. Oceanfront for those who, like me, want to see and hear the surf first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and whenever we're there in between. The location is convenient. I gave it 4 stars because I really prefer a less populated area, but a one bedroom condo or cottage is very difficult to find.

Moonrise to the east and sunset to the west

Property is at a gorgeous location. Balcony is wonderful, You can hear the waves even from inside. We will think of returning.

Peaceful and sunny & bright

It’s a gem!

Small, clean condo for two.

Property owner/manager was so easy to work with. Condo was perfect for two. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. Although renovations were still being done due to 2022 storm, I would definitely come again!

When walking in the condo smelled a bad musty odor in the kitchen cabinets. You couldn't use any the plates or anything in the upper and lower cabinets due to the smell on everything and the dryer took 2 hours to dry and when the property manager contacted me about the condo I told her these issues. They sent someone who said couldn't smell anything but opened all the kitchen cabinets doors open which made the smell worse and the dryer was fixed but still took 2 hours to dry. If you didn't open the sliding doors you couldn't stay to sit in the front room or use the kitchen. This will be the last time I will stay at this place. The resort was great but the condo awful

Great Stay

A last minute get away turned into finding a great spot. Very clean and easy check in process. Complex has plenty of parking, pool area nice and beach was perfect.

The interior of this unit leaves much to be desired. Drapes ripped, Balcony furniture dirty. Lots of rust ceiling peeling in great room.

Great for couple/small family

Stayed here with my husband, teenager, and 6 year old. The kids stayed on pull out mattresses. They weren’t very comfortable- next time I would opt for a condo with second bedroom. Location was great and main living area was updated. Bathrooms could use some updating. Overall had a great vacation and this condo had everything we needed. It was also clean. Not five star accommodations but it was a typical beach condo (from my experience)

Get away

We came for a girls get away. Not quite enough room for us but enjoyed out stay. 2 years in a row we have had issues with iTrip. Last year after the run around all day and being promised a meal for our trouble we never heard from them again. This year..AC unit was stopped up.. water everywhere.. wasn’t clean when we arrived so we waited ans them also a leak In Back shower coming from Ceiling! Love the property just not the issues. Also promised attraction tickets and never heard back about that

Fun place easy to get too

Amazing view, great neighborhood

Our family came down after Memorial weekend. The condo more than met our expectations. The view of the beach/ocean was fantastic and the decor was very “beachy”, which we appreciated. The neighborhood was less busy than Myrtle Beach with great dining opportunities close by. Bubbas Bar & Grill makes a terrific crab cake. We had the fried lobster tail grilled cheese at Grilled Cheese & Crab Cakes Co. Expensive, but probably the best sandwich I’ve had! The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was adequate and there was a washer & dryer in the condo. As I mentioned, the decor was great. Only downside of the condo was the bed had to be the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on! The property had a nice pool & hot tub outside, the indoor pool & hot tub were a little on the dirty side, mostly just sand everywhere. The elevators were what my daughter described as “sketchy”. My 64# daughter moved around while the elevator was in motion and it caused a minor malfunction, according to the voice recording. Overall our needs were met and We would recommend this property and location to others.
