Excellent condo!

When we opened the door to our condo…all I could say was WOW! The view alone was worth every penny! Very clean and always saw people around cleaning property! Will definitely be back next year! Thx so much!

Vacation

The room was just like the online listing. The beds looked comfortable in the pictures but we found out otherwise very quickly. The couch was comfortable to sit on but the pullout couch was all cardboard and metal springs. We loved the balcony. The beach right outside the resort was amazing besides the umbrella and chairs that were put in between resort guests and the beach even if i got to the beach early before them being setup. My umbrella and chairs would be moved out of the way. It blew my mind they would blatantly move my property without saying anything. I will not go back because of this.

Best view

Couldn’t ask for a unit closer to the beach. The property is on the water with a minimal walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony!

Great vacation location

Our rental was clean, comfortable and the view was outstanding. We spent alot of time on the balcony where we could enjoy watching dolphins!

It started out nice

We started out fine. The night of day 4 the microwave randomly started turning on and running then beeping every 5 minutes. The display said it needed service. We left a message with the management company the morning of day 5. They promptly sent someone out and we believed it to be fixed when we returned. We were there for no more than 15 minutes before it started again. We again notified the mamagement company. They said they would get back over there. We retuned again to a note that said he had to turn off the breaker and unfortunatly we would not have electric to the hall. We got ready for bed that night and found out it was more than the hall. IT WAS THE ENTIRE MASTER BEDROOM. We also found out it was some outlets in the kitchen. We contacted management again to let them know that and received a response of yes he had to flip the breaker. We then let them know that was a major issue since I use a cpap. We recieved no more contact. It is not ok to ignore someone that has no ability to use a medical device. We wound up leaving early. Putting someones life in jeopardy really did take a lot away from our enjoyment. Ignoring the issue ensures I will not book with them again. If the checked the lock box they will know we pulled out early but I did make sure to text them shortly before 10 per their instructions.

Great!

The condo was exactly as described and the perfect place for my husband and our 2 teenage boys to enjoy the beach for a few days. The staff was amazing and the condo was exceptionally clean. We will definitely rent again.

Happy with our stay

This was the perfect size condo for me and my teenage daughter. We had plenty of space. Enjoyed the balcony and ocean views so much. Beach was nice and close and easily accessible from building. The parking deck is definitely tight spots. I came with a brand new car so I parked on top where there was less cars every time trying to avoid dings and tight quarters.

Great time

Right on the beach! We thought it would be a headache to be up on the 15th floor but the baggage carts and elevators made everything easy. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. We enjoyed the salty pickle downstairs, convenient for lunch! Hosts made a pack and play available for my baby and also pointed us in the right direction of beach equipment rentals. Overall great time. Would recommend.

Great condo for a small family!!

I have to admit, I was hesitant to rent a condo for our vacation this year as we usually stay in a house. However, I could not have been happier with the choice to rent this particular condo! The place was extremely clean and well cared for. The views from the front and back are amazing! For our family of 4 (myself, my wife and our 2 boys, ages 11 and 15), this condo was absolutely perfect. My boys loved both pools and my wife and I spent a considerable amount of time on the beach and on the patio catching sun! The kitchen was perfectly equipped, we cooked several meals there and had everything we needed. This place is definitely worth looking at if you’re looking for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great view of the ocean! I would definitely rent this condo again.

Will never stay at the Royal Garden again

Our main complaint was that 2 of the 3 elevators were always broken. Every time there was a strong wind, they'd shut down. There were high winds most days since we were right on the beach. We were on the 15th floor & had to hike up & down 15 flights of stairs. Other days we had to wait 10-15 minutes for the one elevator that was servicing 16 floors. The residents told us that it was an ongoing issue. Also, the cold winds (39 degrees) blew in through the big space between the door & the casing. We had to stuff towels in the gap to stop the cold.

Nice & Clean condo on the beach

Place just as described! Nice comfy beds and fully stock kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, etc. We were also surprised to find 2 beach chairs in our closet. The Salty Pickle bar downstairs is under new management. Great food and better company. The building is going through some renovations and is not great to look at but you are there for the beach right?! Keep in mind that you have to pick up/drop of the keys at a different location. Lastly, make sure you bring extra toilet paper (if you rent for more than 2 days) and coffee filters.

Disappointed

The floors were dirty...not swept or mopped. The rugs in the bathroom were filthy and soaking wet. The shower curtain was full of mildew . The doorwall leading to the balcony had a broken handle that was barely hanging on. The balcony table chairs and the floor itself was full of bird poop. I was very disappointed ☹️

Difficult to access. You have to walk through parking Lot to get out

False Advertisement there was no tiki bar open or restaurant that was opened in the building. With limited things open this time of year that was really disappointing. Could’ve used more comfortable seating.
