Nice but not very clean.

We locked ourselves out and the maintenance man told us to Venmo him $100 to open the door. I did send him the money but he never showed up. In the meantime the office manager sent us the code to get in. I asked the maintenance man to send the money back but he would not respond. I had to go to the office manager to get the money back.

Best ocean sound and view

The view and the sound of the ocean is what makes this condo so great! The condo felt spacious and I liked the layout of the bedrooms. It had everything we needed. It was so convenient to just walk down on the beach and have showers, hoses and the pool all right there!

Overall great stay BUT

The condo was awesome, the view was amazing but the mattresses in EVERY bedroom needs to be replaced! They were very uncomfortable and hard to get a restful sleep. The faucets in 2 of the bathrooms also are needing replaced because they leak. I would DEFINITELY come back to this condo if those things were taken care of. We had a great time!!

Great time had by all

Property was as described. Enough room for six adults and a four year old. The only negatives are there is only one parking spot for the unit and we had three vehicles. The property management group we rented through let us park our other two vehicles on their lot which was 5 minutes away. Also we only received one fob for entry into the building. Not a big deal but we were supposed to get two of them.

Family Fun

The place was great. We have stayed in the area before and this condo was our best stay. Clean, very spacious for 5 adults never felt over crowded. Also the kitchen was very well stocked with essentials for preparing food which was nice not to eat out the whole stay. Our only disappointment with our stay was the deck & pool area were closed but the management company was very accommodating. The area is great close to anytime you need. We will definitely be back.

Great family vacation

We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It was very convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We loved the location and the fireworks were spectacular! We plan to stay at the condo again

Dated and dirty

The property was very dated. The carpets were wirn, stained and frayed. It needs painted badly. The doors of the the closets were barely hanging on. If a lamp (and thats a big if) had a light bulb in it, it didn't work. The kitchen light didn't work. The bed spreads were old and almost thread bare. Lastly, the property was left dirty in dome areas when we arrived. The bedroom sink still had toothpaste in it and a drop of blood on the sink. The bathroom shower had the previous renters soap and shampoo and sand left in there. There was hair an soap scum on the walls. The bathroom floor had hair in it and looked like it had not been mopped in months. Our clean sheets had sand on top of them from the dirty bedspread that was put on top of them. We received a text asking how the property was that day, and I texted back with these details, but received no response grom management. It deserves one star, but I gave it 2 for the view and proximity to the beach.

Girls Get Away

It was a girl’s trip for 3 women in our family. Loved the location, the security of the building, pool and room. The unit was dated with worn carpet and furniture but we were usually out and about and you couldn’t ask for a better view of sun coming up, location and view of ocean. Terrific time!

Our Stay

Found the property fine for our family. The property is a little outdated but seems the whole complex is that way. We may have picked the wrong time to go because the town was very crowded with so many people and so many golf carts running around. View was wonderful. Only issues with this property is the one car parking and the xplore tickets. You only have one free ticket to the amusements advertised so others in party have to pay. Garden City has changed from the times I was there. Fireworks are allowed and are not controlled by police at all times of the night. Stay was ok during the day but sketchy at night with the booms going off waking you up. Honestly , I probably won't be staying on Garden City for a while, not because of building but the atmosphere within the city.

So close to the beach

We absolutely loved our trip and although the condo was dates it was pretty cozy and very spacious! The fact it’s literally on the beach was the best part and with little kids that made it so easy if we needed to go up or in for any reasons.

Easy beachfront stay

Nice location in the beachfront, and a few minute drive to pretty much anything you’d want or need. Condo is Cute, a little dated but absolutely fine at this price point.

Very relaxing

The location was perfect. We came for my husband’s 60th birthday and to get away before he resumes chemo for lung cancer. The area wasn’t overly crowded. The beach was easily accessible. Our 2 grandchildren were with us and had a blast. My only recommendation would be an upgrade on the AC. Never got below 76, and there wasn’t a lot lightning. The condo could use some updates but it fit 5 adults and 2 kids very comfortably. We all had a great time. Being able to open the balcony door and see and hear the ocean made everything perfect.
