Mountain get away

We had a great time this being our 5 th stay at cabin! Didn’t plan having a hurricane come back home while we were here but luckily it worked out good! Love watching deer as always and the changing views out back ! Thank you!!

It was beautiful

It was beautiful the Views were amazing. Lots of deer in the yard. The only thing i wasn't happy with was the list i had to do before i left. I am not a messy person i always have everything clean i didn't like the faxed that i had to sweep all the pouches before i left when i got there it looked like it haven't been done in a while the cob webs were on everything. I paid a cleaning fee but i had to do all the cleaning before checking out. I also had to sweep off the porch before we could even sit out there. When i was told they just cleaned it. I understand you can't control the Acorns from falling but the cobwebs were bad they have been there for a long time. Other then that it was beautiful there.

Property had a great view, very well stocked kitchen but needs sorting thru; decor needs updated. Beds we’re comfortable. I saw no reason why guests had to go to the office to get their packet, just call at 4 pm and get the code to the door?

Just amazing...

This property is so beautiful. The views from the deck are impossible to beat. The inside of the home is perfection. Theres nothing this place needs... it has it all. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to have a home cooked meal (only need the food ; ). Beds are comfortable, pool table in finished basement is awesome. Fire pit table on deck and fire pit on side of home are great. Also met some friendly neighbors on the block. The house is on top of the mountain however, the drive up is fully paved and not difficult. There are deer everywhere so drive slow. Home is close to downtown Murphy, approx 10 minute drive. Also close to Ocoee Adventure Rafting, approx 30 minute drive. Great communication with home owners/property management. So much positive things to say. Only negative is we couldn't stay forever.

A wonderful place with an incredible view!

This place was a true gem and a great find!! The view is absolutely stunning! You get the benefit of seeing both the sunrise and sunset. The cabin was much larger than we expected with 3 levels. The owner of this home truly thought of everything you might need. We had 8 deer that was on the property every day and it was such a highlight of our stay. There are other houses around but you wouldn't know it as they were all extremely quiet. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely perfect

We stayed a few nights with a couple of teenage boys. The bottom level with the pool table and foosball table were perfect for them. That left us with the rest of the home to enjoy. The location is perfectly situation between Blue Ridge, Hiawassee, and Nantahala, but don't overlook the lovely town of Murphy. The kitchen was perhaps the best equipped VRBO kitchen I've ever used. We saw lots and lots of deer in the neighborhood. The whole experience was just what we were looking for.

B&B, bed and blueray

Our second stay and it was as memorable as our first. Our first was in 2014 and nine years later Wolfgang's Den is still our go to place. Quiet with beautiful views. Two suggestions: 1. Provide a BlueRay/DVD player for the large TV in the main floor great room. 2. Provide a king size bed, I know it would be a tight fit, in the main floor bedroom. Yes, a king size bed and DVD player are upstairs, but main floor accessibility for seasoned adults would be much appreciated. Stay there once, and it will be your go to place too.

Mountain get away

Clean and comfortable

This was a ver clean and super comfortable property. They are stocked with everything you’ll ever need and then some! We saw so many deer and wild turkey. My only complaint is that we stayed over Christmas and new years. It was quite cold and neither fireplace works, so the basement/game room were quite cold. They did provide us with space heaters once we inquired, but they didn’t heat it up much. We will definitely come back in summer!

Million Dollar Views!

Stayed here for a week with another couple, what an awesome time we had. The cabin is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you would need. I can not say enough about the views, pictures do not do it justice. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful!

Mountain Getaway

Wolfgangs Den is the ultimate mountain getaway. It is on top of the world, well equipped, and generally a pleasure to visit. This is our 9th visit so we like it alot.

Breathtaking views

Husband and I were very pleased with accommodations. The views were spectacular. We spent hours sitting on back porch watching the ever changing mountains with sun, clouds and fog. Plan to bring family with us next time.

The Perfect Stay

My husband and I decided to get away for our anniversary and relax. We never expected to have rented a place so peaceful and relaxing that we didn’t want to leave the cabin. We had a gorgeous view from every window and doorway, we woke up every morning to the most beautiful Mountain View, and we would sit for hours on the deck watching all the wildlife that came into the yard. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and only left the cabin 3 different times. The neighbors were friendly and pleasant. This by far was the best place we have ever stayed. We actually booked our next trip and dates at this same cabin before we left headed home. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!!
