The cabin was very uncomfortable. The cleaning person was just leaving when we arrived at 5:00. It is very hard to open the lockbox where the key is kept to access the cabin. The kitchen has very little space to prep and cook food. The basement where two people slept was cold with no way to heat or cool it. There was a space heater that didn't work. If the thermostat upstairs was adjusted to warm the basement then it was too hot for the people sleeping upstairs. There were no extra blankets other than a couple of light sofa throws. Each bathroom only had one washcloth. The deadbolt on door in bedroom in basement wouldn't latch. There is no garbage pick-up at the cabin so you have to take trash to a sanitation station. It was only open one time while we were there so we had to transport bags of garbage out when we left. This should have been disclosed where the cabin is advertised. There were more comforts for pets than people and we didn't have any pets. The whole experience was depressing and this property did not work for our family.
