Rural House 'Sa Pedrera' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

The stone estate Sa Pedrera is located between Can Picafort and Muro, in a rural area. It is ideal for families and groups, and as an accessible property with a pool and pool lift, it allows guests with reduced mobility to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house offers about 248 m² of living space and a plot of approximately 5,000 m².



Your stay:

Sa Pedrera has two floors and a semi-basement. The two lower levels are accessible by stairs or ramp. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with filter and Nespresso coffee machines, a living room with satellite TV, and a conservatory. Bedrooms are distributed across all floors. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The mezzanine has another bedroom and a bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are in the semi-basement. There are four bathrooms in total. For families with babies, a high chair and cot are available.



All bedrooms and the living room have hot/cold air conditioning. There is also an electric fireplace.



The semi-basement is accessible. Outside, you will find a large pool with a children’s area and a hydraulic chair for guests with reduced mobility and wheelchair users. There are plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Several seating areas and garden furniture are available, including a covered and an open terrace. Leisure activities include darts, ping-pong table, billiards, and a playground. The barbecue is perfect for pleasant evenings. The entire house is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.



The property offers mountain views, a private garden with fresh herbs, and two parking spaces. The beach is nearby. One pet is allowed upon request. Events are not permitted.
