Casa Verde in Murlo is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Spread over two floors, the apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.



Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool (open from May to September, weather permitting). The washing machine is located in a space accessible on request. The property sits atop a hill, reached via a gravel road. Please drive at a steady, moderate speed, especially on the final uphill curve marked by signage, and avoid sudden acceleration to protect the road and ensure a smooth arrival.



Casa Verde is one of three independent apartments in Villa Casa Alta, a historic estate nestled in the Murlo countryside. The apartments—Casa Rosa, Casa Verde, and Casa Gialla—are adjacent and share outdoor spaces and the pool, offering privacy while keeping you close to other guests. Due to the proximity of the apartments, we kindly ask you to keep voices down, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.



Nearby, you can enjoy trekking (including the famous Via Francigena), horse riding, cycling with bike rental available, motocross, golf, and rafting. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed; smoking and parties are not permitted.
