LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is the 2nd year my family of 5 has spent at the Lazy Trout and it’s absolutely perfect for us! It’s super close to the river, perfect space for us, clean and easy to get to! Close to a Mexican restaurant and Dollar General if you don’t feel like cooking or need something you forgot! Will definitely stay again! Feels like home away from home for us!

Super nice cabin great place to hang out with family. The river is a walk down from the cabin you can see it from the cabin. Bring your own firewood for the campfire other than that wonderful place

This was our first time staying outside of a hotel for an extended stay. Beautiful cabin out in a peaceful location, perfect for family bonding. The host was above and beyond helpful, courteous and personable, answering any questions throughout the booking process and during our stay.

Family kayak and sxs vacation

We enjoyed the property very much, the only slight issue was us not knowing the dam at lake greeson was being worked on the week we were there which meant they were pumping the lake down and that made the river near us a little to high and moving too fast to be able to fish or get in the water. We we're able to spend plenty of time on the lake which was only a short drive down the road from the cabin though so it was ok. We loved all the pine trees everywhere and we'll definitely be coming back to Arkansas.

Family trip

Property was nice, met all our needs. The river was a short walk away from our cabin. I had originally thought the river was just in front and could be viewed from the porches, but it was not. Visitors might want to be prepared to do some meals at the cabin since there are not a lot of places to eat in the immediate area. The kitchen was well equipped except for linens. Overall, we loved our trip and already planning a return trip.

Diamond Mining Dream

This is a great place. Quiet with comfort of home. Close to Crater of Dimonds (15 min.) The small town doesnt have much by way of grochery (Walmart 20 min away) so stock up before arriving. No beer, wine or liquor is sold in the county, only on premises of a restaurant. We had a nice time cooking in, all the esentials you need were provided including toiletries and paper towels. Thanks for the stay and great experience

Lovely house

The house was lovely. Clean and just as described. Lots of clean towels and bedding available. Just a short walk to the river. Very comfortable. We traveled with our children and grandchildren for a family vacation. One thing, if you travel with toddlers, there is no baby gate for the stairs. They are wooden and have no rails on one side. Not a problem, just be aware. Also, there aren't many cooking pans available to use. Overall it was a wonderful get away spot and we enjoyed the porches, balcony and firepit. Plenty of room for family and kids.

Lazy Trout

Cabin is a few years older than shown in the pictures, but still a great little unit with access to the Little Missouri River.It was definitely the best part of our visit to the Murfreesboro area.

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL DECORATED. PLENTY OF ROOM AND A RIVER CLOSE BY. WE ENJOYED THE FIREPIT NIGHTLY. WE ALSO ROASTED HOT DOGS AND EVEN HAD SOME SMORES OVER THE CAMPFIRE TOO. OUTDOOR LIGHING WAS ALSO BEAUTIFUL. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Cozy Christmas

What a wonderful experience! First the communication from the host was awesome! We wanted to have our Christmas away from home this year. The cabin was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room, clean, the cabin was super nice-I could live there! The river is just a very short walk and you can hear the river flowing while sitting on the beautiful wrap around porch! The boys were able to fly fish and it was so nice sitting at the boat ramp and watching them! Peaceful! We WILL stay again!
