"The property was clean and well-equipped. The pool was excellent, my kids love it. My favorite part was the waterfront view and the deck. I love to watch the sunset, and this property had the perfect view. I enjoyed it with a glass of wine. The Owner was friendly, making the experience even better. We will be going back here. "We rented this property for 5 nights while visiting friends in the area. The house was beautiful and located a very short walk to the private neighborhood beach. We also enjoyed the heated pool and utilized the gas grill provided. The owner was good about responding to inquiries. This included graciously allowing us to have our 2 small dogs stay with us (we requested in advance). Englewood wasn't busy when we visited, so our stay was truly relaxing and low key...Just perfect!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was about 7 minutes away from the closest beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores. The pool was well maintained and clean. The home was clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews about stinky water and AC issues, but we didn’t experience any of that. I would stay here again. "

Spent Father’s Day weekend with family and there was 12 of us and there was plenty of room. "We had the most wonderful time. We've been to LGI before and chose this island specifically. The ferry is a huge bonus as well as the golf cart. John was an excellent communicator . The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best. Every day early morning, coffee and a long walk on the beach. "We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available. "
