Great house and surroundings

The house is great, well equipped and very clean. I would undoubtedly recommend it. We had a perfect time, in a fantastic place and the communication with Linda was excellent. The property in located in a beautiful area, with privileged views and the swimming pool is close to the house, so ideal for summertime.

Great location

The property is a great size and in a fantastic location close to restaurants and bars. The pool is great and only a few steps up to it, easily accessible. Some of the furniture is a bit tired but functional.

Highly Recommended

Superb villa in ideal location for everything. Extremely well equipped- all you could want- even a sewing repair kit! Excellent communications with the owner. ACU showed signs of a leak and Dominic arranged engineers to visit and unblock a pipe. This was within a short time and resolved in 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. The best villa we have used on our numerous visits. Thank you so much

Lovely villa with spacious rooms and great layout. Lots of places to sit outside. Linda very helpful and answered questions quickly. The pool is very close by with lots of sun loungers available. Very close to restaurants, bars and supermarket. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Family stay

Been many times to La Manga Club as a family of 4 but this was our first stay at Los Altos 1. 2 pools to choose from , one literally up 15 steps from the rear of the property. Surrounding space at both pools for the sunbeds was a little narrow. A few more beds maybe an idea and power wash or replace the ones that are there ?! Actual pools were great. The property is on 3 levels with good air conditioning and a spacious living area. Loved the en-suite shower ! Since the pandemic , the site has had a lot investment. We loved the tennis facilities and played padel tennis 3 times and there are some excellent restaurants including 2 that have now relocated into the hotel. Linda , the property owner was extremely friendly and accommodating when we thought we might have to cancel. Great communication. A lovely holiday had by all.

Really Great Place

I have visited the La Manga resort for the last 4 years, and this place must rate as one of the best I've stayed in. Communication was excellent, the check in process was great and the property is really spacious, clean with EVERYTHING you could need. The TV has loads of channels, and i couldn't believe how every detail for a comfortable stay was covered. It is so close to all the amenities and a literally only a few steps out the back of the property is the communal pool, which was a good size, with plenty of sun beds. I cannot recommend the owners and the property enough

Lovely relaxing stay at the heart of the resort

We had a lovely stay in this townhouse. There is a lot of space and several areas to sit outside. It was very handy for the tennis centre and multiple bars and restaurants. It had everything we needed for our stay and we would happily recommend.

Easter Break

Communication from Linda prior to staying was 10/10 and quick replies and very helpful , we moved our trip through covid and it was never an issue. We actually arrived well before checkin but left our cases at the villa while it was being cleaned which was very helpful. Villa was spotless, had everything we needed for a weeks stay, we liked the location as could walk to everything easily. We arrived on Easter Saturday so the weekend was busier to start with, but still only saw two other families at the pool which was up steps right outside the villa, rest of the week we were only people at the pool, there is a second pool a few yards down that we used once and saw no one there either. There was signs of covid hitting Buisness’s not many restaurants were open, but certainly enough choice and we would recommend Si Sports bar for great choices and very friendly. Overall had a great week and would recommend staying at Linda’s property

Finally travelling again

Excellent communication with hosts Linda replied in a timely manner anytime we asked a question. Property in excellent condition in a fantastic location for all amenities. Pool area very well maintained. Everything was provide by Linda to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Superb Villa

The property was as described with gorgeous views of the resort, mountains and coastline. The villa is very spacious and set on 3 different levels. We found the kitchen to be very well equipped and were also left with some complimentary food and drink on our arrival. The tennis centre is only about 7 mins walk away and it's in an ideal location very close to the main bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would recommend it for families with children.

Gorgeous house, wonderful views and oh so peaceful

A beautiful house in a lovely location. The owner was so friendly and welcoming during the confirmation process and even allowed us to check out late in the day. La Manga was a peaceful spot in October with lots of good restaurants, perfect for our needs.
