The house is near from one of the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia and in the world. It is 8 km long and accessibile within a 5 minutes by walk. In February 2021, Costa Rei was awarded the “Travel Blogger Award” by Lonely Planet, the prestigious publishing house that writes travel guides, as it was considered one of the 5° most beautiful beaches in the world. The villa looks out over a nice, private condominium park, 1600 m2 park typical of the Mediterranean flora, which has private parking. The house it is in the centre of Costa Rei, just 150 m from the main road full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, markets, news vendors, banks, and squares with lots of activities on offer.
Cleaning service is available upon request. Free Wi-Fi is available for 100 GB. Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the property.

The inside of the house comprises:
A dining/sitting room with air conditioning (23 m2), pellet stove, and stone fireplace; 1 master double room (16 m2) with private bathroom and shower and air conditioning, 1 double room with 1 bed (17 m2) + 1 bed for children available upon request and air conditioning.
Also there is 1 double room with 1 french bed (10 m2) + a sofa bed, another bathroom with shower (4 m2), and a hall way (3.70 m2). It boasts a covered indoor veranda (16 m2) with an amazing panorama and a vimini breakfast set
There is Wi-Fi internet access available 100 Gb weekly.
The outside of the house features:
A covered terrace (45 m2) equipped with table for 8, a stone barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners, a garden with pretty lawn (270 m2) and flower boxes, an outdoor shower with hot water and a broom closet (3.5 m2), and a laundry room with a washing machine.
