"I travel for business to NYC and I'd never stayed in the Bronx. My usual areas were either full or overpriced so I took a shot at a good looking listing. I was impressed with not only my accommodations, but the building amenities were also top notch. Excellent gym! I wish there was more in the immediate area, but because of the road interchanges, it was difficult to walk many places. Perhaps if I had met a local or had more time to explore I could have found some good local spots for food or...

"The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. "El hotel no está bien mantenido. Tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes necesitan una reforma. El Club Lounge es el peor que he visto nunca. Los muebles estaban deteriorados. La cafetera estuvo rota toda la estancia. ¿Para qué pagar entonces una habitación en el Club Level si no hay ninguna diferencia con respecto a una habitación normal? Dicho esto, el precio era razonable comparado con el resto de hoteles de la zona. Hay restaurantes cerca y varias paradas de metro para acceder cómodamente tanto al aeropuerto como a Manhattan.si las habitaciones estuvieran bien cuidadas, sería una opción perfecta. "
