"Communication from the start was excellent. A couple days before arrival I received contact to enquire about arrival time. As we would be arriving late we were advised how to get our key, with full directions and pictures to make it easy to arrive without disturbing others. When we got into the room, it was lovely and thoughtfully put together, however there were no towels at all - a quick message later and this was resolved with profuse apologies (& and extra little packets of nougat!) "The bathroom is big, and was veri clean, I took a shower and the water was hot so I needed to regulate it opening the cold one, it was a very good shower, the overall experience is pretty good, I'll repeat if my travels made me go to Eindhoven again."
