Our experience was excellent, very near to the main station and the city center. The room had a lot of space and the buffet had a lot of variety. I totally recommend it.

Hotel bueno, personal con mala actitud
Todo muy bien. Hubo una complicación con una habitación que me decían no tenía el servicio de desayuno incluido. La persona de recepción muy grosero no tuvo la mínima intención de ayudarme. Me decía regresará después pues estaba ocupado. Todos los días era un problema a la hora del desayuno pues me decían que tenía que pagar el desayuno.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y completas, el personal sumamente amable. Excelente ubicación si te transportas en tren, a unos pasos de la estación y a unos minutos a pie de la zona más turística. Perfecto para hacer turismo en Múnich. He leído comentarios en cuanto al barrio y sus alrededores, en el caso de este hotel está en una calle bastante decente literalmente a media cuadra del tren, en ningún momento me sentí inseguro, solo lo normal en básicamente cualquier ciudad del mundo.

Very clean rooms, staff on reception and bar were friendly and helpful and I got free haribo gummy bears each day. However the double bed was two singles pushed together that didn't stay together so fell down the gap in the middle a few times. Also the previous clientele may not be great as had to put a deposit down to get a kettle for the room.

I stayed for a night looking forward to the pool and sauna, however none was to be had as the staff limited use to 17:00-22:00, having check out at 12:00 so you may infer there was no time. Areas around central stations are usually dirty but this was even worse. So pick somewhere elese if you must.

The hotel was amazing. 5 star quality. It was clean and spacious. The staff were great and very helpful. I would definitely go back. Its definitely worth going to. My only negative thought is the area outside the hotel is a little iffy at night so be mindful of that if you're walking at night. The first night we parked in the garage there were 2 men doing drugs in one of the parking spaces so maybe not keep things in your car. We did stay for 3 nights and nothing happened though. Even with all that its still worth checkong out this hotel. Best hotel I've been to in years.
