Esta situado en zona céntrica pero muy cerca de locales de ocio con la música demasiado alta por la noche.

Hotel para fumadores
Hotel de tres estrellas, que a pesar de la prohibición de fumar, olía por todas partes a tabaco y otras sustancias. Nos quejamos del olor tan fuerte que se pasaba de la habitación de al lado a a nuestra, y tras insistir mucho nos cambiaron de habitación. La zona no es recomendable para ir con niños.

Hotel con buena situación
La ubicación muy buena. Zona musulmana y muy transitada. Las ventanas aíslan totalmente del ruido. Con persianas automáticas. Personal muy agradable. Desayuno buffet muy completo y variado.

Cerca de Todo!!
Cerca de la estacion de trenes .. . Cerca del Centro de Munich.... La ubicacion es excelente y en funcion del precio es mas q reconendable .. El hotel es muy limpio y El personal agradable y atento... muy recomendable.

No lo aconsejo
Situado en zona conflictiva, mucho presencia arabe y de mujeres alegres. No recomendado para ir con menores. El Wifi no es gratis, te dan 1 dia gratis y el resto es de pago. No tiene aire acondicionado y hace un calor horrible dentro. Hall pequeño y personal muy serio

エレベーターの構造が変わってて面白い。 ただ、部屋に電気ポットがないのは残念でした。 ランドリーが有ると記載があったが、実際はなく、近くのコインランドリーを使用しました。

一見到門口唔似酒店、昇降機是幾十年之前的設施(需要自己開門)、令到我感覺不安全。早餐一位€17.9咁貴唔值得食。好彩是房間比較大。我後悔選択這間。

Stayed here for 2 nights for Oktoberfest, a short walk away, it was clean and the aircon was good. It was clean and the reception team friendly. I would stay here again but probably book direct. I guess with all hotels during Oktoberfest the price is high.

O hotel fica a 18 minutos à pé de Marienplatz. A decoração é, no máximo, espartana. Possui elevador. Não há ar condicionado no quarto. O staff é atencioso e gentil.

Temmeligt slidt hotel, i et ikke så rart kvarter. Mine børn fandt et sexlegetøj inder sengen, det siger vel nok om rengøringsniveauet. Lagnerne var plettede, og puderne klumpede.

Most rooms no a/c bad service bad area
The hotel says that they have air conditioned but when I arrived there was no a/c and it was very hot. When I talked to the receptionist she said that the hotel has a/c not the rooms. I told her I paid for it but she said that I had to request, but the hotel was full. There was a little tiny fan in the closed. Also, I had to dodge ladies of the night and men loitering at the hotel door when I arrived at night.

Arrogant personal and 40 plus celsius in the room and the AC broken and no understanding what so ever to our kindly request to change to another room.

Booked this Hotel but got another one
Booked this hotel but when I arrived was told I was down the street at Hotel President. So had to drag my luggage down the street to the other location. Hotel was dated and room wasn't like pictures. It was run down and area had lots homeless people. Walking downtown was close though.

Dear Jerry, the hotel Präsdent is our second hotel only 50 m away in the same street and with the same standard and equipment. We have many different room types and pictures, we don't know which picture you have seen. That we have homeless people on the street is not our fault, you have to send this information to the mayor of Munich, perhaps he can find a solution for this problem. But in all big cities we have this picture.

Good location, many hotels in the same area. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. 但出入要小心財物和自身安全, 附近比較多西亞or中東or南亞出入, 曾有被追蹤過, 還好我們四個人一起行動。This is not hotel problem.

Good hotel at a great price. Very friendly staff!
Nice hotel, and much better than expected for the price. A little dated but absolutely fine, staff super friendly, breakfast absolutely delicious. Location is great - a few people in these reviews made it sound like it was a poor location but it was absolutely fine, safe, lots of shops and businesses nearby, and only 10 mins walk to the Old Town. I very much recommend this place.

素晴らしい滞在でした。 夜行バスで朝7時過ぎにミュンヘンに到着し、荷物預かりのお願いとお手洗いをお借りしに伺ったのですが、快くご対応くださり、すぐにお部屋を用意してチェックインさせてくださいました！ シャワーを浴びて休むことができたので本当にありがたかったです。 1人でシングルのお部屋を予約していたのですが、ダブルベッド＋ソファベッドの広い部屋をご用意していただきました。 建物は古いですが、清潔です。 水回りの設備は新しくとても気持ちよく滞在できました。 受付の方もお掃除の方もみなさんとても親切でした。 周囲には真夜中過ぎまで営業しているお店が多く、音楽が部屋まで聞こえます。 アダルトなお店も多いので、家族連れやゆっくり休みたい方、高級感を求める方には向かないかもしれません。 人出がある分治安の面では安心でした。夏場はテラス席で食事をしている方も多く、帰宅が夜中になってしまっても嫌な感じはしませんでした。 フロントで鍵を見せるよう声をかけられ、部外者が入ってこないように対策されていることもわかりました。 このお値段でこのクオリティ、立地ならとても満足です。またミュンヘンに滞在する際はリピートしたいです。 親切で丁寧なご対応ありがとうございました！

Good choice for Families
Great hotel, walkable to the old city where most of the touristy places are. Our quad room was large and comfortable. They have a/c in the rooms, which none of our other European lodging did. We were really grateful for that since it was hot out. The area seemed questionable at first, but we didn't have any issues.

The property sits five minutes from public transport and tourist attractions. Unfortunately, the area outside the hotel littered with broken glass, and trash, and panhandlers accost tourists on the streets.

No frills but clean and a great location for accessing public transportation and walking to the "old" city. Misunderstood what l purchased online and thought breakfast was included. Munich can be pricey so this kept the hotel from being a great bargain find. Still, it worked well for us in a pinch.

Sehr gerne wieder!
Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden durch die Gastgeberin. Zimmer und Bad sehr sehr sauber, Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr bequeme Betten war Super. Das Frühstück war fantastisch es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr sehr grosse Auswahl und Super schön präsentiert. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuss erreicht man die U Bahn in 3 Minuten, sowie die Einkaufsmeile mit vielen Geschäften (Fussgängerzone). Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeberin wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. !!!DANKE!!!

Das Hotelmanagement ist sehr bemüht, freundlich und kooperativ. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksraum und in den Zimmer geht sehr auf den Gast ein. Das Frühstück ist ausgesprochen gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Die Schwanthaler Strasse ist beileibe keine angemessene Umgebung - laut, viele Döners u.ä. schmutzig. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber und nach hinten auch ruhig.
