Very friendly staff (spoke many languages and help us with all), excellent location, big rooms and very comfortable except for the pillows. The room had all the appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!!

Los asientos de la entrada son muy incómodos. Ee detalle de la máquina de café es perfecto. Los edredones son muy incómodos. Mejor uno solo con menos peso. No pudimos entrar en Lufthansa por internet desde el ordenador del hall, porque no lo permitía. Si algo necesita un viajero es contactar con las compañías aéreas. El desayuno fenomenal.

Es un sitio acogedor, con cama y sofa cama cómodos. El café gratis no está en la propia habitación sino en la zona de recepción. Les falto el detalle del agua de bienvenida y tuvimos que reclamarlo. También se perdió el sonido de varios canales de television. Lo reclamamos pero no lo arreglaron

Muy buen hotel a muy buen precio.
Un hotel 100% recomendable, muy bien ubicado en una zona bonita y tranquila. El personal del hotel muy servicial y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel limpio y con buenas instalaciones, el gimnasio pequeño pero con buenos aparatos. Mi hija y yo estuvimos muy contentas y seguro volvería a llegar a ese hotel. Ojala lo mantengan y sigan mejorando.

No está mal
Nuestro habitación era apartment deluxe. La ducha y el lavabo están separado. Pero el lavabo es demasiado pequeño. sobre todo, cada vez lava el mano, el agua va fuera. Adelante de hotel, está tranvía que te lleve a estación de tren. Pero ahora cerca de estación de tren, las vías de trenvia está haciendo la obra. Hay que caminar hasta la estación. Unos 15-20 mins.

Todos los trabajos en las vías del tranvía terminaron y el tranvía está conduciendo normalmente. Esperamos darle la bienvenida de nuevo en cualquiera de nuestras residencias con servicios.

Buena localizacion , a 15 min del centro caminando tranquilamente . Silencioso. Personal amable . Estuvimos 7 días y solo pasaron a limpiar uno . El sofá cama es bastante incómodo , es de muelles y tiene un colchón fino. Algo escaso de menaje .
