"First off this villa is beautiful. The staff's hospitality is unmatched. They were amazing - super helpful, always kind, timely, overall impressive. They cleaned everyday. They were very helpful when it came to facilitating certain activities we wanted like a private chef, floating breakfast, massages, etc. Location was great - right next to the beach (beach view from the jacuzzi on the rooftop), and not super far from anything we wanted to do, considering Bali traffic. Essentially we stay in bedrooms that are arms distance apart looking into another’s room all glass- I felt constantly exposed even tho curtains who wants to be shut off to the beauty, its jus a cheap plan. Employees all over feels no privacy or intamacy, contanstantly cooking n didn’t feel as if my place to do as i wish- which was what i was lookin for, business trip i look for...

"In the Villa I loved the service, the food cooked on site, the location right by the beach and the four bedrooms we used (the two we didn’t were quite small. No movie room so we set up a projector with the help of the Villa staff. I’ve suggested they make that a feature. It’s a quiet area but the downside of that is only the Lyma Beach Bar, a coffee shop and small grocery store in walking distance. "

"There is a big parking lot for cars. Breakfast was good. I could not find maple syrup for the pancakes and orange juice one of the 2 days of our stay, but the rest tasted good including the chicken. Place was quiet and bathroom was with shower and a seat. In the floors there are different heights in the corridor so small steps and ramp are present. Near mall, atm and other services at walking distance."

"I booked through Hoteles.com, but some of the photos appear to be from Holiday Inn Resort rather than Holiday Inn Express, which was a bit misleading. The service was excellent and the hotel was very clean, but the overall atmosphere was different from what I expected based on the photos."

"This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy, since it’s located deep inside a shopping centre, which can feel confusing and not very welcoming when you first arrive. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very nice atmosphere — it’s just the access and surroundings that could be improved."
