We traveled 16 hours to get to our rental and was on the phone for 8 of those hours while driving trying to get the check in info which was never sent with my itinerary. Everything is just as described and then some! The host was prompt and communicative from the very initial booking. This was a cozy and relaxed experience for us, even a quint little loft and zipline for our 6 yo to play! "
