This is the most relaxing place. We loved the quiet area and the gazebo and the fountain. If you want a retreat to relax, this is the place to come. A lot to do in the surrounding areas. I want to come back in the fall.

This was the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed sitting on the big porch and watching birds, lizards, butterflies, deer and a snapping turtle. My husband enjoyed fishing and I relaxed and read. We love it here. This was our 2nd time at this cabin and we will be coming again.

Wonderful 53 Anniversary

We were both impressed with the beautiful cabin and property. My husband especially enjoyed the fishing, catching 5 bass and a couple of bluegill. I enjoyed the relaxing gazebo with the swing watching him and sitting on the porch swing and the rocking chairs. We grilled some steaks and enjoyed our weekend in the Lazy Days cabin. We hope to go back again!

Relaxing vacation

Loved the relaxing feeling of this place could use a little bit of cleaning of the underbrush around the cabin an should remove the statment about the hammock that is no longer there oter than that it was relaxing and quite.

Fourth time at Lazy Days.

Air conditioning was great. Bed was very comfortable. Two rocking chairs and two porch swings ! One swing in the gazebo, one on the porch. Couldn't see the little fish this time, water was murky. Miss the cows but did get to see two tractors mow all the fields. Kept us entertained for hours. Price doubled from previous management.
Bigger lake was cleaner and more bass. She was a fisherman's widow.
So pretty. Deer, Canadian geese, and a thousand fireflies. Oh, and a pet cat. She likes scrambled eggs. Check out the pine trees in my picture and yours.

muddy pond stay

cottage was clean and nice this is the 2nd time we have stayed there in the last two years the main difference this year was the pond looked like it had oil or something on the water the pond looked very dirty last year it was very clear and clean

Magical Get-a-way

We have stayed on the property twice now. For Thanksgiving we rented all three of the available cabins so everyone could have their own space. Each cabin is so cozy and the fireplaces in each make it so relaxing. It is peace, quiet and beauty all in one place. One of our favorite places to go not too far from home!

Kick back with family

Rented all three cabins and kicked back with the family but also were able to retreat to our beautiful cabin and relax. As always an amazing time in a magical place.

Wonderful and relaxing!

We loved our stay at this cabin! It was so peaceful with the two ponds close by. The mist was moving across the ponds of the mornings which was beautiful. Take the time to hike on Turkey Blind Trail close to the cabin. We saw some deer in the field below through the opening. Finding it may be a little tricky, so follow the directions from the email sent after confirming your stay.

The best vacation that we have had.

We enjoyed our time in God's country so much that we decided to stay an extra day. We didn't want to leave. We are planning our next trip to stay in the BIG HOUSE. :)

A great relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Lazy Day Cabin. The cabin was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved sitting out on the porch and husband enjoyed fishing at the pond.

Beautiful setting for relaxing

This cabin was nestled in a rustic surrounding. It offered beautiful scenery, a lake, woods to walk in, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor spaces for relaxing (wraparound porch, gazebo, rocking chairs/porch swings, fire pit, and so much more)! Inside was cozy. Featured a kitchen that made cooking a breeze and a washer and dryer- which is always a perk! We did not use the jacuzzi tub.

Wonderful Property

Wonderful location for the Muddy Pond activities. Very neat and clean, clear instructions and directions. Peaceful and secluded. Host is very helpful and responds quickly. Only remember to bring your fishing pole.
