Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

Early check-in: from 1:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £20.

Late check-out: up to 12:00 pm, available for a flat fee of £20.

Unauthorised early check-in or late check-out may result in additional charges.

★ Lost Property Returns ★

If any personal items are left behind, we are happy to assist with returning them where possible.

A flat £10 fee will be charged to cover postage, packaging, and handling time for returning lost items.

All arrangements and charges will be handled through the booking platform in accordance with platform policy.

For larger or high-value items requiring special delivery, additional postage costs may apply.

Any unclaimed items may be disposed of after 30 days.

A standard set of bed linens and towels is provided at check-in based on the number of guests booked.

We provide a small selection of starter supplies to help you settle in comfortably. Should you require additional items during your stay, guests are welcome to replenish these as needed once the initial supplies have been used.

Guests have exclusive access to the private room, terrace, and ensuite bathroom throughout their stay.

Other Things to Note

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests:

• No smoking or vaping indoors

• No parties or events

• Pets are not allowed

• Unauthorised parties, events, or additional guests will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and additional charges may apply

• Please respect neighbouring guests and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during evening hours
