Bed was very comfortable but very high and in a disabled accessible room this made it difficult to get into the bed. Bathroom looked tired and in need of a refresh. Clean room, check in was so much better this time. With booking l.com they didn’t send reservation through last time and we made 6 phone calls and I waited over 3 hours to be able to check in.

An enjoyable experience overall. Food and wine in particular was overpriced. Bedroom furniture was of a poor quality, although the bed was very comfortable. Toiletries weren't adequate for one person, let alone two. Bar area was lovely and very inviting.
