At 360 Estates, we offer only properties which we love ourselves and this time we offer this central, recently refurbished apartment next to University, skatepark and Mater Dei.

The apartment has a spacious living area with TV, a full equipped kitchen and 2 amazing comfortable bedrooms !

The apartment is central by bus you have around 5 minutes to Valletta, Slime and St Julians.

IMP: Also included is a super fast connection internet made for both WORK and STUDY purpose.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!

Living area| Massive sofa, good sized TV and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area is a private balcony.

Bedrooms| 2 comfortable bedrooms 1 with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. For over and above the sleeping logistics we will prepare single folding beds with linens, towels and pillows just like normal beds.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Note: For bookings over and above 3 weeks, a special discount will be automatically given, however we would require an extra payment of 50 Euro per person per month for the additional water, electricity etc.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

This is an amazing lively neighbourhood due to the university with restaurants, convenience stores, stationery just round the corner. Also completely free is a skate park just opposite the building, perfect for any type of guest.

The apartment is located in the centre of Msida, with the bus stop just in front of the building so transportation is extremely cheap, fast and quick.

The bus stop has network throughout Malta, with just Valletta, Sliema, Gzira and St Julians just 5 minutes by bus.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
