"Great location opposite Kings Park and a free CAT shuttle bus from city centre. Apartment was well set up with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurants nearby were nice."

"The room was so small and one chair as a bedside table. The bed was so close to the window that one of us had to climb over to get into bed. It definitely wasn’t worth it for the price."

"The apartment provided initially did not have the air conditioning in the bedrooms. After complaining they provided us another one, with the air conditioning in two bedrooms. Although the apartment was bigger, the facilities are very old, the furniture very old and damaged in many parts. It’s a real shame, if the apartment was refurbished it would be great. Also the gym and the pool very small and level quite low. In many points the cleaning was very poor. The windows very old are not noisy...

"Clean room but very worn out. Needs tlc. Old fan in one bedroom oom that is very noisy, no fan in the other room. Decor could do with a repaint and the bathroom tiles need renewing. Not bad for an emergency stay though. Staff were very welcoming and Eddie couldn't do enough to help."

"Excellent shops nearby, bars, restaurants, retail and 24/7 groceries. Our room unfortunately had a musty smell coming from the air-conditioning and the towels had a damp smell."

"For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

"Nothing but high praise for this hotel! Second time I’ve stayed here and it is just as good as last time. The food is superb (kudos to the chef at breakfast who makes the best scrambled eggs on the planet) From check in with the delightful Ryan to check out, all was perfect. The ambiance and service is all made possible by the high quality staff. I’ll certainly be back 😁"
