The Eagle Cabin in Sunset Valley on the White River

Located on the Majestic banks of the Arkansas White River. Enjoy our rustic, laid back, family friendly cabin. It comes with 1 King bed in the master suite downstairs. 1 sofa bed downstairs. 1 full bath/tub downstairs. Upstairs has 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 bunk bed and full bath/shower. The loft is great for the kids. Open living space with fully furnished kitchen, Washer, Dryer, 300MB Fiber Wifi, Smart TV and DVD. No cable. Phone, local calls only. Great for a couple or nice for the whole family. Sleeps 8. Plenty of firewood to enjoy the fire pit overlooking the White River. Plenty of LP Gas for your grilling needs. Keurig coffee maker but no K-Cups. A regular coffee maker with filters. Plenty of condiments for food preparation. Also try our new electric fireplace in the Living room.

Conveniently located in a quiet river living neighborhood in the Ozark – St. Francis National Forest. This rustic cabin is 10 minutes from Jack's Resort and Angler's Resort. The both have great restaurants and offer boat rentals, Fishing guide services and float trips. You are 15 minutes from shopping, medical and area attractions including Blanchard Caverns, Ozark Folk Center, Loco Ropes Course, Arkansas Craft School , Horse back trail riding and much more.

Pets:
Pets are welcome for a $80.00 fee. We allow 2 max. Pets are allowed inside the cabin and on the rear porch. Pets are not to be allowed to roam freely outside. Fees for pets will be assessed once you declare you will be bring them. We will send a request for pet fees after the booking is complete. Pets must be kenneled inside or left on enclosed porch if left at the cabin alone. GUEST MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN PET BEDDING! DO NOT USE OUR TOWELS OR BED LINEN PLEASE! Make sure to note this during booking.

Payment for any additional fees will be an additional transaction through the Vrbo Resolution Center. This is done so we won't violate any regulations applied by Vrbo. I will be sending you the additional fees invoice through Vrbo and you have 24 hours to respond. Please make use you notify us during the booking process of any additional service fees you require.

Security Camera locations: 3 on the front porch, 2 on the rear porch, 1 on the rear deck overhang, 2 on the south yard areas, 1 on the north yard area, 1 on the front yard area . All are used to monitor guest check-in and to verify guest check-out times. All Cameras are disabled during guest stay.

No cameras are located on the interior of the cabin for your privacy. If the total number of guests exceed what you specified during booking. You will be invoiced for each additional guest per night. Please be honest. Thank you!

General Information when checking in:
You will be emailed 24 to 48 hrs. before check-in, instructions for self check-in. We use a key-less entry lock. Your Key Code is the last four digits of the cell number on file for this transaction: XXXX. That Key Code works both the front and rear door locks.

To unlock press the house symbol first in the lower left corner of the key pad so it lights up. Then entry your code. When leaving the best way to lock up is by pressing the lock symbol in the lower right corner of the key pad. Or you can enter your Key Code.

Front porch light is on a photo cell so you should have plenty of light when accessing the cabin at night.
