We held our family reunion here in August. There were 11 of us ranging from 5yo to 42yo.
First off, our stay was very comfortable. The home is laid out with sleeping areas in the loft above the kitchen and the bedrooms were on wings of each side of the living room. This made things clean and simple. The common area in the middle was where we stayed and for 11 people and 7 little(r) kids, it didn't seem big enough.
The slide outside seems great from the listing until you realize that a metal slide in the heat with no external water source to cool it off can be a danger to kids in regards to burnt skin.
The biggest disappoint was the river. The river is beautiful, but other than just the view, there is absolutely no access to the river from the property. Not even for fishing. There is a boat ramp down the road where we spent the time fishing and a water hole across the highway opposite of the swinging bridge.
Getting down to the back yard is a very very steep slope. It's not bad going down if you go very slow and careful, but coming back up can be tough, exhausting and even discouraging to spend time down there, even for our kids and their energy. The deck is very nice. We spent a lot of time out there talking, sitting and fighting off skeeters.
Outside of this, the home was fully stocked and the appliances are very nice, new and up to date.
