Habitación limpia y bien equipada con nevera, microondas, secador y plancha. El personal muy atento y agradable. Y el desayuno mucho mejor que en otros moteles de la zona. Volvería alojarme aquí sin dudarlo.

Terrible service. Probably the worst I've experienced. I arrived at 2:30pm and the lobby was closed with no one inside. After waiting outside for 30 minutes, standing in the cold, someone arrived and I was able to check in. Later at night (around 11pm) an alarm (probably fire alarm) in my room started beeping every 2 minutes. It was really hard to sleep. I tried calling the frontdesk and no one answered. I went there in the cold and again, there wasn't anyone there. I texted the number shown in the door of the front desk but no one answered. Overall an awful experience. Do not recommend.

Me cambiaron la ubicación del hotel por otro de la cadena sin avisarme previamente. No tuvieron la cortesía de avisarme previamente por teléfono ni por correo. El otro hotel si era similar pero estaba a 10 minutos en auto de distancia y cambió mis planes. La persona del nuevo hotel del mostrador tenía una pésima actitud, tampoco mostró interés alguno en disminuir la molestia por el cambio. El desayuno que daban no debería mencionarse como si estuviera incluido. Eran manzanas viejas, café y cereal.

Peor servicio no se puede
Hice la reservación en camino a las 2am y llegue a las 3:30Am al lugar y estuve como estupido esperando en el lobby más de 40 min y estaba cerrado y el número que estaba en la puerta para llamar para que me asistieran nunca contestaron y terminé buscando y encontrando un hotel a las 5am no lo recomiendo

Nothing special, good enough to sleep one night, nothing close by! A/C didn't work, cable box broken, thawed breakfast items for you to heat with their 1 toaster. Good housekeeping though! Got the aftertaste feeling that my money could have been spent better!!

I have stayed here many times and it was always a good experience. However the last trip I had my CDL and bank card stolen right before I got there. I was understandably upset and it was getting late. They refused to check me in, I offered to pay cash for the one night, because I was staying a week. It was horrible andi actually slept in the car in the parking lot!!!! Horrible and unacceptable. I won't return

I booked this with 3 other friends because we were gonna share Uber and hang out together. Upon checking in, I was told my room was somewhere else. It is a different Inn and even though it's close, I can't walk there. Paid to get a Uber to get there and then forgot my suitcase in the car. The driver didn't get out of the car either and just drove off. I eventually got it back. This wouldn't happen if my room was with this one. If you are overbooked, you should let me know immediately instead of just sending me to some random place.

Nice enough for the night. Room was kind of cold and every time you walked close to the sink (which wasn't in the actual bathroom) the light would come on and stayed on longer than you would think. But it was clean and had everyghinv you might need. BBQ place actoss the street was excellent and close enough to walk. It said thdy had breakfast at the motel but we left shortly aftef 6 A.M. and office was still dark so i cant comment on that. Overall, it was fine and i would stay again, as it was cheaper than most of the places in that area.

Next to a noisy construction site and a highway. Neighborhood scary. A broken fridge at top of stairs and a broken ac at the bottom. Roaches and racoons everywhere. Lights on sensors that do not work well so they flicker on and off.

The property was located right next to highway. The tub was making noise as I tried to get in and out of the tub. The sink faucet did not have cover and it was exposed. The floor was not carpeted. The balcony was very dirty. There was a kitty pool. It was a camping with a toilet and roof experience. It could use total remodeling. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Luckily I had brought my own pillows.

Good place to stay, no problems. Everything was as described. Rooms were clean, just an older building, they do a nice job of cleaning and some renovations. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Check in was easy.

Our medical plans changed last minute and we wanted to cancel our first night. We were told no after trying to call all afternoon. Our bad, but it would have been nice to refund us the night we did not use. Hotel looks like it’s clinging to the past with the best of Mountain View plaques from 2009. The room was very dated. They have tried to keep it up but it’s time for a complete facelift. There were dust bunnies at the corners of the beds and a lizard crawling across the floor in the morning. The neighborhood was good and it served its purpose for the night but we will stay elsewhere next time

When I went to check in, the manager (I think) was yelling at the guy in reception to hurry up and what was the matter with him etc.. I wasn’t the only person there. It was very uncomfortable. I was just there for one night and the place was ok otherwise. Just not the best energy to start with. Also, I don’t like the sink being outside the bathroom.

Just awful
The pictures online of the room was beautiful. However this was not the case. Everything was run down. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut because of previous damage . The AC left the room humid and the shower looked dirty. However the worst part was the fact our toilet was clogged from 11 pm until the morning because we could not reach anyone at the counter. We even called the hotels desk number and still couldn’t reach anyone . Personally we will not be returning.
