"Renters Beware! The bathroom is very small and is a safety hazard. There are 2 separate steps which caused my wife to almost fall twice. The bathroom isn’t suitable for seniors. Probably the worst mattress we have ever slept on traveling. The mattress is very soft and snagged in the middle. We could only use the internet half the time. I don’t know how the place received a 9.8 rating."

"My family of four and our dog had wonderful time at the Woodland Cottage. We appreciated the decor and attention to detail along with the cleanliness. Luke was amazing and very responsive when we had questions. A few small things could be improved: the bed in the room off the carport squeaks pretty loudly and the drain in the front bathroom drains slowly. These were minor and in no way detracted from the wonderful time we had here. "

"Very nice resort and cottage. The restaurant has excellent food. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the coffee pot on the first day. Make sure to bring all your staple items for cooking. With this being a resort, there are almost no basic supplies that you find in some VRBO's, they did provide soap and shampoo. We would not hesitate to visit again. "

"We had the best time at this cabin! It surpassed our expectations and was perfect for the kids. They loved being able to walk down to the shore to feed the ducks, launch their paddle board and just explore the bank looking for rocks. The hot tub was an added bonus, being able to unwind after a day on the trail or exploring was excellent. This was our first trip to Arkansas and we will definitely be back. I was surprised to learn that the cabin is located in a dry county by the restaurant staff...
