"I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife. "Okay, so where do I start? Walking into the hotel, I thought it looked like a decent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and polite and we really enjoyed the conversation! We checked in, 2 adults and 6 kids, into two separate rooms. I was so disappointed to quickly find out that the front part of the hotel and lobby didn't match the rest of the hotel vibes.
