"Amazing super clean house with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of comfortable beds as well as restrooms when traveling with alot of people. The backyard was the best, dogs and kids enjoyed every inch of it. Hosts were absolutely awesome when asking questions about anything super fast response. Would highly recommend this house. All updated appliances. Plenty of seating space for everyone in our family. We will definitely rent it again if we need a meeting in mountain home. "Great clean home in a good neighborhood near a nice park. Issues getting in with the electric lock acting up, but the owner was really helpful and easy to get ahold of. It would be nice to have a little more “home” comforts like some games, propane for the outdoor grill, blender/crockpot, enough tp and bags to last the week. But overall I would stay again at this property, just "

"The Host was awesome in her communications even though she was in Romania with her military husband. Her mom was finishing cleaning and let us drop out bags and get something to eat early. Even though it was pretty hot, the AC in the house was great. I can not believe how cheap she rents this gem of an unit. Andrea - thank you so much for a great stay!"

"We had a lovely stay at this location. It was very clean, which we really appreciated, and the fenced yard was great for our dog. The location was convenient for getting around Boise and the staff were very easy to communicate with, replying promptly to one minor issue we had while there. The only downside/unpleasant experience was the AC unit is so loud it was hard to hear the TV over it in the evenings. The temps were 98-100 while we were there so the AC was necessary (and we appreciated...

"The house is very cute and the neighborhood and location are very nice. The only problem we had was that the third sleeping space (the loft) was EXTREMELY hot. It was unusable in July, even after the AC in the main room ran for quite a while. We had five people in our party and needed that sleeping space, so had to put one person on the couch. This was not the end of the world, but the listing did not mention anything about this possibility and I probably would not have chosen this property if I...
