Dutch Hill Manor II - 2 of 2 units NEW construction 2018. Dutch Hill II enjoys awesome long distance views of the valley and the rolling hills. This offering is very convenient to All Star Village tournaments. It is set in a private setting at the edge of a lightly wooded area, with a private patio for outdoor dining. You can enjoy the sunsets over the hills from the balcony off the living room and the master bedroom.
Cathedral ceilings finished with pine give each room a dramatic inviting ambiance. Tastefully chosen furnishings complete the appealing contemporary décor. There are wood or tile floors throughout.
GAME ROOM! Ping pong, pool table, pacman, foosball, game console with a TV. Located in the garage and is a shared space with Dutch Hill I.
NOTE: This offering is in the same structure as Dutch Hill Manor I, but is very private with a breezeway in between the 2 units. This is an ideal choice for families who wish to be near each other but still have their own private lodging.
** If both Dutch Hill Manor I & II are booked by the same team, 1 well-supervised team party IS allowed!!!

Picturesque Location
We had a little weekend getaway to Cooperstown and found this gem to stay in plenty of room for everyone. The game room is a huge bonus and so much fun. Be sure to take a walk around the property The views are stunning!!

Great stay at Dutch Hill Manor
We loved the house! True to the listing, it really was 20 minutes from Dreams Park. Our whole family enjoyed using the game room. We had plenty of room for everyone. I especially appreciated that there were condiments in the refrigerator and necessities like salt and pepper, K- cups, extra towels, lotion and cleaning supplies. That really helps it to feel like home! I would definitely recommend this property!

We can’t say enough about this home! It was the perfect place to decompress when we weren’t at the fields. Between the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, convenient washer and dryer, and the HUGE game room, we (and the kids) were in heaven. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips and there was never a moment we didn’t feel comfortable and at home. The homeowner was attentive and timely when we had a question or needed to reach out for whatever reason. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for your Cooperstown stay.

Clean and perfect place for the week
We were in town for baseball. This home is about 15 minutes from Dreams Park. It worked perfectly for us. The house was extremely clean. We felt we could come right in and make ourselves at home without having to clean before using. The kitchen is stocked nicely with everything you need to make meals. My kids loved the game room downstairs. The washer/dryer was a definite plus. Would stay again

Beautiful, cozy and fun!
This rental was exactly showed in pictures and described. We spent the weekend visiting our son at suny oneonta for his college basketball tournament (15 minutes from house). Host responded quickly and answered all my questions. We were able to host a dinner for my son and his teammates and everyone had a great time in the game room. The house is stocked of plenty of bed linen, towels and pillows. Kitchen had everything you needed. We look forward to renting this property again.
