We had a wonderful stay and definitely will come back when in Shasta again. Spacious and newer with great kitchenette. Love this place, stayed four nights, can’t wait to come back again. Right in town so walked to everything. Only 20min drive to Bunny Flat for hikes. Super convenient location. Love this place!

House was set up well, very nice and clean. The smell of air freshener was overpowering upon arrival but I was able to air it out by the evening.I was very comfortable and felt safe. Love the location it was exceptional!!!Thanks so much,Liz Richards

Great Location

My husband and I stayed at Serenity for a week. The place was tiny, well stocked and perfect for the two of us. We found everything we needed within walking distance.

Wonderful and warm unit in a great location, walking distance to downtown and a short drive to many stunning hiking trails, lakes, and views of Mount Shasta. Had the pleasure of meeting John, the owner who was kind and warm hearted. Will definitely stay here again.!

We had a good stay at Shasta Serenity. It is a very well equipped unit. Would have loved a few hooks in the bathroom for towels, robes, etc. the ice maker is a little difficult to maneuver as water can easily spill into the tray when you fill it. The blankets on the bed are so heavy and there is no where to put them! It was warm when we were there but the air conditioning helped. Nice grounds to hang out in and a good location.

I’m definitely staying here again! Safe & secure. Centrally located and beautifully manicured grounds. The room was clean and well stocked. Cute decor that made you feel comfortable. Porch was really nice and overlooked flowers. Met the owner who was very nice.

We have stayed in several of their properties over the years and always enjoy them. They have been remodeled and are very clean and comfortable. We always sleep good when we are there!

Cozy nook Nestled at foothills of mt Shasta

Very comfortable stay with perfect instructions. We had a very pleasant stay. Cozy for 4 people. Maybe we don't need the large coffee table? The portable heater can get the home quite warm, which is probably a good thing in deep winter.

Cozy Cottage

This was a small but cozy spot for us to stay during our visit to see family in Mt Shasta. It was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We really only slept here - we did not do any cooking or exploring. We were unable to park in the back, off the alley because both spots were always occupied, so we parked on the street. However it was a very quiet street with little to no night-time activity. We didn't even hear the train! It was a nice spot and we will definitely try to book this again when we come back to Mt Shasta. My only (small) issue was the lack of a hand rail on the front steps - my husband has limited mobility, but he was able to manage the steps carefully! Owner was easy to communicate with, and answered all our questions. Thank you

Enjoyable rental

We wanted a clean and safe rental walkable to downtown Mt Shasta and this was it. There are 4 rentals on this property and we were skeptical about it. In practice it was fine, we had privacy and truly enjoyed our stay. And would be happy to revisit. Thanks!

Comfortable bed and great amenities

Great stay and the bed was very comfortable! Warm when we arrived. They provided a bottle of wine, a Valentine’s Day cake, and snacks for V Day! The place was very nicely decorated and modern. They also had everything to cook with. We would recommend and stay again.

Mount Shasta Retreat

Hello All, My husband and I love the Mt Shasta area. We were so excited to be visiting! Then fire broke out after we booked our vacation outside of this property's cancellation window. The air quality in the area plummeted. 👎😭 I contacted Linda, the property manager and explained the situation, stating if the air quality didn't improve we would like to cancel our stay. Linda said she could reschedule our stay. We were happy to not lose our money, yet didn't want to tie up these funds for months. I contacted Linda again requesting a full refund. Linda granted us full refund! We were so grateful! We truly appreciate Linda for being so gracious during these unprecedented times. Between the COVID and all the fires, this year has been about adapting, changing course with a good attitude and that is exactly what we encountered with Linda and her Mt Shasta property. We are looking forward to our next trip to Mt Shasta where this time we will actually get to STAY at this beautifully appointed property. Book it, relax and enjoy the mountains! Very clean and great location!

What a great stay! The condo was perfect. Great amenities (stocked pantry, snacks, coffee), well decorated and comfortable. The location made it possible to walk into town for restaurants and shopping. Having the parking in the back alley was great. We never had to worry about our car. We definitely plan to return and use this unit again!
