"The Inn is on a lovely piece of property with trees, grass, flowers. The bathroom was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and there was a common area "living room" that had a fridge for guests to place things and a microwave. The pool is fabulous (though it could use some more chaise lounges, there were only 2). The breakfast was truly delicious, made to order every morning. "Room very comfortable and clean; appreciated free wifi, breakfast, coffee, iron and hairdryer. But best of all, the warm welcome that Brian at the Reception Desk gave us and all the information he gave about Great Barrington, excellent recommendations on dining spots and, especially, telling us about the Clark Arts Institute in nearby Williamstown which was the highlight of our trip to The Berkshires. "It has a great location - lobby area and breakfast room look nicely updated. The room was decent but thankfully with better lighting than other Fairfield Inns I’ve stayed in. The front desk employee at check in and breakfast room attendant were very friendly and helpful
The only disappointment was the fitness room- very small with just a few pieces of similar equipment "
"Everything seemed very good about our stay here—nice staff and clean room. However, the day after I discovered that I had multiple bites all over my body which must have occurred that night. Unfortunately, I can’t think of any other explanation besides the presence of bed bugs or some kind of bug in the bedding :/ "

"This was a return stay at Eden Rock. The room is modern, well-appointed, clean, with very comfortable beds. Access to an outside area is pleasant. Quiet location, convenient to Great Barrington and Berkshire attractions. While there is no front desk or reception area, instructions for accessing the room are easy to follow."
"The Manor House Inn is outstanding. It is unique and special. We had never stayed at an Inn like this and were blown away. The entire Inn was spotless and Blair was a lovely hostess. We attended a concert at the Infinity Hall which is within walking distance. Breakfast was included and it was fresh and delicious, served in a charming dining area. Norfolk is a quiet town and the Inn was a great find!"
