House was perfect for our trip. Completely accurate to listing information. Owners were amazing and very responsive. They even got a new coffee pot shipped to us overnight due to the one at the house being cracked! Amazing communication! We would definitely rent again!

Plenty of space

Beautiful house. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Nice patio and big backyard. Beds are a little hard. Downstairs area could use a bed vs the fold out couch. It was not easy to maneuver or sleep on. Overall a wonderful house with ample space and all the accessories needed. And clearly marked! My OCD appreciated that touch!

Family gathering

This home worked well for our multi family gathering. The home was well stocked for kids with toys and pack and plays and dishes which was great. The backyard space is very nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and we enjoyed discovering new things in Charleston as well.

Outstanding! Perfect location!

Our trip was August 2nd-8th. We loved the location of the home just close enough to everything, you can visit many shops and stores and restaurants within a few minutes, Charleston down town isn’t far away, and the beaches are close by as well. The neighbor hood was quiet and relaxing something we loved. The neighbors that lived in Mt.Pleasant were friendly and super helpful. The home it self was spacious and relaxing for our trip of 7 people. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The backyard was so nice to have for my 5 year old and she enjoyed the playset a lot! We left early because of Hurricane Debby, so we only got to stay 3 nights, but it was such a good time still. I would most definitely return! The host Danielle was amazing even living across the ocean she was very prompt and sweet with all of her messages, and took any and all feedback well. Her family’s home is so perfect and we would do it all over again! 10/10 recommend!!

Exactly as described

The number one criteria I look for is the accuracy of the listing. You can’t complain if it is exactly as described which this property is. Great location close to downtown and really close to Shem creek. Host made sure all was right during my check in. This is one to stay in if you want to be on mt pleasant.

Amazing Property!

Perfect location and a perfect home for our stay for our son’s wedding at Ion. Effortless entry and communication. House was immaculate and had all the essentials needed for our group. Not one negative comment. All 5-Star!!! Will stay again.

Wonderful for a large group

We had 7 adults and 2 children and this home was a comfortable place for all of us to be together! There were enough bedrooms for each of us and the living space was the perfect layout to cook, eat, play games, and just hang out. It was beautifully decorated and also labeled with where to find things, which was very helpful. There were a couple things broken from previous visitors, but when we contacted the owners they were very responsive. The location is great being close to both downtown and to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Home away from home

We had the best time and absolutely loved our stay, we traveled around and loved having the convenience of being able to come home and rest. Also the host was amazing. My wild two year old locked himself in the house while the rest of us were out cleaning out the car and they were so helpful! Can’t wait to come back and vacation again!

This house was ideal for my family coming in town for my wedding. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but still close to Charleston and the beach. We LOVED the backyard it was gorgeous and the kids (and myself) had so much fun on the swing set. This was an Ideal house.

Beautiful, restful, and functional.

We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend (wedding on Daniel Island and reception in Mt. Pleasant). We had eight adults and two youngsters. There was plenty of room and quiet space for the children to rest. Back yard provided space for the children to move around. Neighborhood is nice for walks. Quiet, but easily accessible to where we needed to be. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and relax. Close to downtown Charleston and Sullivan’s Island. Plenty of shopping and great restaurants nearby. The owner was lovely and very responsive.

Golf get away

The central location was perfect - close to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, etc. The home was spacious, we all had our own rooms and the kitchen/living room was a great area for us to hang out. The kitchen was well supplied and we ate several meals in. We used the patio at night and my boys enjoyed the golf cart. Would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home for a family

We took this trip with several adults and 2 little ones. This house was perfect! The yard was spacious and had lots of fun games for the kids. The big swing was a huge hit with my 4 year old. The inside was easy to make baby safe just by closing a few doors. My 1 year old loved all the toys and made good use out of the high chair. The adults loved how well labeled everything was and how easy it was to find everything. The golf cart was fun too.

Excellent property with recent updates made just prior to our stay. We had 6 adults and 2 infants and had plenty of space. Beautiful and spacious backyard Communication with the owner/manager was rapid and pleasant. The golf cart was awesome. Highly recommend this property

Great stay in Mt Pleasant

The house was great and as advertised. Very convenient to Shipyard Park and all of the other attractions we visited. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. We loved that that every drawer was labeled so we didn’t have to hunt for anything. Beds were very comfy, plenty of space to unpack clothes and the tree swing was a hit with our kids. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
