Deceptive Photo's - Dark, Worn, Disappointing
This listing is false advertising. The interior is dark, everything is worn out! Only a small TV in the living room, none in bedrooms, no place to hang up clothing in Master, Master and second bedroom downstairs share a VERY small bathroom which needs to be modernized. The price tags on furniture is tacky even if they are antiques. Not well cleaned, kitchen sink smelled bad because garbage disposal had not been run, coffee pot not clean, etc. Disappointing - back to staying in hotels.

Overall very good experience. There are a couple things that would have made it perfect. Cheap toilet paper No defined parking area Was not able to use front door for access Watched very little TV but the Xfinity remote needs to be updated No closets- should have had at least folding racks to hang clothes on

Great Little Quint Place
We just loved the house. It was a great location. Really nicely furnished. Only a single complaint. When the blinds were lowered in the master bedroom, the dust was incredibly bad to the point that we have to change rooms till it cleared/settled. This can be easily cleaned so no big deal. We would definitely stay here again for sure.

Very nice
We had a great vacation. House was very old and had lots of wonderful characters. The top of the coffee pot needed to be held down while brewing but that was the only negative and after the first time we knew to do that

Neighborhood
Very safe to be out at night-excellent Thai restaurant and TCBY yogurt a 2 minute walk. 5-10 min. Drive to Sullivan island beach. The loft area is giant. Absolutely loved the furnishings. Sometimes leftovers spices, cooking spray, etc. can be left.found in homes. Salt and pepper yes but nothing else.

Matriculation weekend
Very classy and cozy. We really enjoyed the house and location. Gorgeous woodwork and antiques. Plenty of places to put clothes if you don’t want to live out of a suitcase. Would be great for longer stays. Lots of room to spread out. Nice shad y yard. If you are the kind of person that needs everything pristine and picture perfect, this might not be the place for you. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO houses. This one isn’t a cookie cutter VRBO. It has personality and it has the basics which was fine for us. If you need a fully stocked kitchen and super amenities you may not be satisfied. We were very comfortable heer. We kept the boys away from the glass cabinets and antique furniture. Perfect house for hide and seek!

This home was just as described. There were bed rooms, a loft and roomy living room. The location was perfectly convenient for the activities we had planned; beach, chartered fishing, Fort Sumter & grocery shopping.

Terrible experience
Upon our arrival, we enter the house to find dust and mold all over the place. We immediately notified the management company. It took them three hours to respond without a remedy sided to go out and purchase cleaning supply to clean the house properly. That was a bad start and did not get any better.

Great rental experience!
Great location in Mt. Pleasant! Very quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to IOP, CHS, Folly Beach, or just around town. Plenty of bath towels but bring your own hygiene products. We had issues with the hot water in the downstairs bathroom. I have reported it. There is a full bathroom upstairs that is newly renovated that worked without an issue. Check in and out was super easy and the Vacasa staff were quick to respond to text messages. Highly recommend if your party doesn't have small children.

Great Location
A very unique house with a great location. 2 miles to Sullivan's Island; 2 miles to Shem Creek; a 10 minute drive into downtown Charleston. Easy walking to grocery store and restaurants in Mt. Pleasant.

Wedding weekend
Stayed with a few friends for a wedding. The location was good- close to downtown Charleston and many attractions . The house had ample amount of space to hang out together.

Excellent location, Excellent house !
Thoroughly enjoyed staying here . It’s just a few mins drive from Sullivans Island beach and Isle of Palms and very conveniently located to drive to downtown and other Charleston attractions. There is Publix and restaurants right across from the neighborhood on the main road. So convenient! The house is spacious and decorated with antiques, gives a good vibe of historical Charleston. Owner and VRBO were very responsive on any question we had. Thank you !

Nice cottage near the beach
Nice cottage only 3 minutes by car to the beach. The place was very clean. I would add more chairs and blankets And more utensils in the kitchen.

Unique home in a wonderful location!
Very unique and great house. My son loved the loft bedroom and pretty much had the whole top floor to himself. The location of the house is great. You are 15-20 minutes from Downtown Charleston and only minutes from the beach. Restaurants and grocery are within walking distance. The only issue we had was there was a dog nearby that barked through most of the day and I was working from the home. If you are out and about during the day it would not be an issue.

Musty Antique Shop not Family Friendly
This place is musty and moldy. The place is furnished with antiques complete with tags on every item listing it’s outlandish worth and short story. This place is listed as family friendly which is laughable. My family had to leave the property early as the mold smell became toxic. This place should be on a historic tour not offered as a family friendly rental. Beware.

Unexpected Wedding
My stepson and his finance decided to get married since they were unable to have their big wedding! It was on Isle of the Palms but this place was so nice and spacious it allowed us to have everyone over to eat and gave us plenty of space for the kids to have their time as well. It was close to everything we needed and all the neighbors were so nice and welcoming! If we ever come back that way we would definitely look this place up again!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, 10-15 minutes from the beach and close to restaurants and grocery store. The house is dark inside and could use more lighting. Maybe a picnic table out side.

Amazing home and wonderful stay!
This property was perfect! It was like taking a step into the past with the lovely old timey decor and history that you could see in the house. We were very comfortable and were very happy with the house itself. There was plenty of space and room for the whole family! The location was perfect, a short walk away from Publix for groceries and within 20 or so minutes to Downtown Charleston and the beach. My family and I loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend it!

Great location and a really charming property
I was looking for a property within a short drive to the beach while still being conveniently located to groceries, restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown Charleston. This property fit all of the above and more. A beautiful home that makes you feel like you are stepping back in time, beautiful woodwork, huge ceilings and fireplace in the great room, modern appliances and ample sleeping room with 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one on the second floor and 2 twin beds in the upstairs loft space. Decorated with antiques, this makes for a "feels like home" experience and the owners were extremely responsive during my stay. The neighborhood is located just off the main road that goes to Sullivan's Island or downtown Charleston depending which way you turn, but is tucked away in a quiet community with mature trees and great sound protection that makes you feel like you are away from it all. Overall this was a really great experience.
